Other than the old lady that works the register sometimes . (She need quit or just stock shelf’s . Her customer service needs work) it’s not a bad stop for a quick snack and beverage. If the old bitter slow moving lady was to leave I’m sure they would get more consistent customers. The end the day it’s a service job. And and top that today I asked for two hot food items and after waiting 15 mins for her to get it . She didn’t even do it right . Wasn’t until I looked in the bag while driving that I noticed she just tossed what she thought was right instead of asking me to double check . The lack of effort and carelessness is from her is why I stop by as a last resort

We moved to the area around 8 or 9 months ago and this was seriously a daily stop for me and my significant other. But after today we will gladly go up the road to the one that sells gas.My significant other went into the store this evening to grab a few canned drinks, one of them being an Arizona Rx Energy. When she got to the counter the older gal with the grey/white hair rang her up and attempted to charge close to $5 or more for this drink. My significant other protested and the gal stated something like "well it's not in my system and there's no price tag on the shelf so I'm just charging for a large energy drink". My significant other said absolutely not, and came back to the car with just the two drinks that had the prices posted properly. After explaining the situation to me it seemed highly suspicious so I went in to attempt to purchase the tea and figure out whether my significant other was overreacting. Or there was a misunderstanding.I grabbed the tea and approached the counter and said "I hear you guys don't have this one in your system?"The gal goes "yep"So I said "okay, then why are you charging her (my significant other) close to 5 dollars for this drink if it's not in your system?"She provided me the same answer, and stated "well it's not in my system so I just charged for a large energy drink"To me this makes no sense. Because I can walk back to the refrigerator section and practically every energy drink has a different price. So what is considered a "large energy drink" and how is that price determined. And how can you even keep accurate inventory if you're sending product out the door under a random label. A product I know has been on their shelves for months. At least. At this point I said "so you made it up"?Because I'm genuinely confused and frustrated. She continues on unapologetically and says"No, I honestly didn't know what it was so I just guessed"As I try to explain sort of frantically and flabbergasted that this is easily twice the MSRP of this product, and continue to question how she "guessed" this price, her coworker came back from break and was quite patient despite my having been very frustrated at this time. The older gal continues to tell me the same thing again which is that she didn't know what it was supposed to be and just guessed.By then I left and stated that they very easily could be overcharging people who don't know any better or don't have the patience for this sort of thing. And overall, the entire practice is extremely concerning. Not labeling/pricing products on the shelf, marking them up, causing your customers to speak out at the counter and then admitting that you guessed at what the price is. How can I trust the price of anything in there at that point. And on pure principal why am I going to shop somewhere with such a disregard for operational procedures. Who believe it's justified to mark up products and send them out the door under a random label. Who carry a product for months and neglect to even put it in their system to keep track of it. And then charge whatever they think is appropriate. I get that most vendors have a suggested market price. And that they can charge whatever they like for their products and if it's too expensive I can choose not to shop there. But it's this kind of backhanded strangeness that makes people think they are being taken advantage of.Hindsight is 20/20 in situations like these and I understand that small stores sometimes do these things when stuff isn't 100% up to date. But even then there should be a chart of SKU numbers or something to help determine a products category or pricing. Guessing is totally unprofessional. And in the moment this looks extremely fraudulent and the average person is going to think they are being ripped off or that you're pocketing the money. Especially when you're not offered a receipt during most transaction's.

Ive stopped here 5 times a week for the last 5 years, BUT after today...I'm never stopping again, the elder lady with long gray hair is completely rude to every person she had to interact with, don't even think of asking her for help cuz you wont get it from her, just a callous remarks. There was about 4 ppl before me and listening to her is disgusting, she is extremely unhelpful to every person!!! IM SHOCKED on why she chooses to work a customer service counter as she obviously has NO skills. After speaking to a few other customers in parking lot, reading other reviews of her nasty behavior to others on here...until she no longer is working the counter, I won't be coming here. Maybe if she reads the reviews of her behavior to CUSTOMERS she'll realize her behavior is unacceptable for aservice counter.

Went today and had lottery tickets. Knew it wasn't right cuz one of my winning tickets was 41. She threw it away and i was still shorted. She needs help and now i was shorted over 12.00 and just don't want to open that can of worms. Make sure you know how much you have before you go. I will be going somewhere else now that i know i can't trust this store.

Prices are not correct. Posted on the refrigerator door and charged more. Her answer was "it isn't that much different" I don't mind paying the higher price, BUT I want to KNOW what I'm paying when I pick something out There are several stores on my way home, I won't be stopping here anymore Pretty bad attitude in my opinion.

Gal behind the counter really needs to mind her own business-some personal questions from a random mini mart employee are wildly inappropriate! The last 2 times I’ve come in have been the same..Will not be returning to this store.

I'd been a welder near all'a my life when at 65yrs old I applied at this store and they hired me. Three weeks later I quit. While there I learned appreciation for those able to do that kinda work, and work it is. Appreciation and admiration. The manager there~~Missi~~in my opinion is top notch in her managerial and people skills....a true professional.

I used to like coming here to grab a bite but customer service is extremely poor now. You get a negative vibe when talking to the employee's.
