Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly, but some are fairly rude. Moving to a different state, so I had my very first bulk drop off. Was instructed by someone to just park wherever I could to get the packages in the cart (since they were loading up a truck) and bring it through their back door. I wasn't stopped but two minutes (unloading and finishing with bringing the cart back up) when another employee yelled at me for parking in front of her car. Again, was there for no more than two minutes, had permission, and was still yelled at. I left after that, and I will not be back. I'd rather drive the extra few minutes to the Fairview location than experience that again.

It's a post office and can be stressful but the employees are amazing and are only human. I appreciate them!

As a disabled veteran I'm not impressed, I had been getting my medication mailed to me and on the 5th time they messed up. There's no way to contact this place with our coming in. The amount of time it took them to send my medication to the VA pharmacy was weeks, the same amount of time it took me to go in person to ask about my package due to my disability. I switched my mail packages delivery to UPS, I can't handle this unreliability.

I opened a new business and was unaware that the mail box was on the street. When I rented the building there was no box anywhere. I placed a box next to the building that was an approved box. Apparently, it was NOT an approved location. I contacted the post office multiple times including in person and nobody could assist me. The delivery driver was VERY rude and handed me a letter from the post master. She then proceeded to tell me that the business that was here prior had the box in the correct spot. I apologized for not knowing where the business mail box was supposed to be placed. She then said I was the only business that would require her to get out of the vehicle to deliver mail which is why my location was not approved. So confusing.

Do not go here! They have people arrested for nothing. They lie about what is happening and then call cops and get people arrested. They do not follow their own rules and regulations. Go to any other post office

Our mail lady Kelly Sause is the greatest ever. She always goes above and beyond daily. She deserves a raise.

The caucasian woman in her fifties with the ponytail thinks she's a cop wasted half an hour of my life because she thought she knew what she was doing. Go to another Post Office. This location is terrible.!!!!!

Never had an issue getting the front desk staff to do their job. Generally pleasant experience; the often long line is a result of Gresham having only one post office and it being understaffed. Still have never had them refuse to scan packages unlike other stations.
The addition of the large parcel self-serve kiosk has made having to wait for PO Box service much less frustrating.
