called them like 20 times and i’m not even exaggerating but they won’t pick up the phone. what’s the point of having a phone number when they won’t even pick up. horrible place and i’m not surprised by the low reviews.

Bellow the average post office service you expect for sure. I’ve been living in the area for almost four years; since almost one year ago I’ve been missing lots of mail pieces. I put a lock mailbox and still missing mail pieces (these appeared in the informed delivery emails in suscribed to). When it comes to packages, these have been delivered in a better way than letters and other envelopes. Now, about the office? I went there to drop off a return. Following the instructions by the original sender, the return was supposed to be send in the original package. I know they are the only postal service that doesn’t have a printer for customer use, so I printed my label at home. The part that really surprised me is their lack of professionalism… the lady said she was doing me a “favor” by giving me some tape… because tape was EXPENSIVE. I told her that in the Clackamas office they always tape the labels for me. Looked like she got upset when I said that and told me I could go there instead haha. She ended up selling me a roll of paper which I don’t mind… but if you’re gonna whine about tape, don’t keep two rolls on every desk.

Keeping doors locked so I can’t get to my mail. Only opened during hours I’m not available. How can they keep my mail like that when you pay for a box that I was available 24/7 when I opened it and paid for it

They literally are made by management to throw your packages even if marked fragile. They will fire any employee who trys to have the union help with anything that they are supposed to help with. And Kathy one in management needs to go back to school and learn how to properly write letters, lmao she works at a postal job and can't even write a professional email ? ?

This marks the third instance where the USPS driver delivered my package to the wrong mailbox. Every time I've approached the location for assistance, I've received no help. Their initial response is to check the mailbox and correct the error. It's disheartening that such mistakes persist when ensuring correct deliveries merely involves checking the address and placing the package in the rightful mailbox.

Mailboxes have been down at my apartment for several months now. Post office is completely incompetent of being able to get them replaced. Same excuses for three months. How do you have the same problem for three months and not find any solution?! Making locks and keys isn’t hard; I did that in college for student work.Just do better at your job. Not asking for much here. For the last several months now I’m forced to have to breathe the same air as the zombies that work there just to retrieve my mail, some of your rude clerks ask for my ID, other of your rude clerks turn sus because I’ve recently moved and have a different address and other times they don’t even bother asking for my ID.What kind of work environment you got going on here where the life and happiness is drained from every worker? Again, just do better at your job and your workers won’t be so pitiful to deal with.Just don’t understand how you can’t get mailboxes installed in timely manner, can’t properly train your workers, can’t have a positive or healthy work environment. This place is so mismanaged.

Many people don't have printers and can't print labels at home. You can't print simple PDF or jpeg images from your customers. Technology exists USPS, please try and make smart decisions?

This is one of the few postal offices in the area open on Saturdays. The employees are really friendly and nice, and it is a very pleasant experience!
