I would give it zero stars if I could. This is not a result of one visit but many over the years. The pharmacy has fallen to the point that I will no longer use them. Under stafed, they are no longer open 24 hours a day. They never get the prescription filled the first or even the second time. They completely lost my last order place in their app, and it took 3 visits to get a partial order, and i have to go back a fourth time to complete it. That week be my last visit to them.

Eden (or Aiden, i'm not sure if I am recalling their name right) was very on top of it when I visited the store today around 5pm. They were managing the registers at two different counters and kept a cool, calm, & collected demeanor when interacting with each patron.

They are extremely short handed. They need help. It took three days to get my antibiotics. Overtime i tried to pick them up They didn't even bother to check what the problem was. They just rushed me out of the way.

Told my my stuff was ready. I show up a hr later and it's not ready. Had to sit and wait 45 mins along side others. Why text me and say it's ready when it's not.

Pharmacy has always been helpful and courteous. Tally in pharmacy helped me with and issue, I was upset about. She was kind, patient and promptly took care of my issue. Excellent customer service. She is an asset to Walgreens! Thanks, Tally!

Headed to Wedding in Lyft ordered a lint roller on the way 31 mile trip 1 hour ride. About 1/2 mile from store I get a cancellation email. SO PISSED, I called and was told People steal all the time that’s his answer as to why the inventory is 😑 🤬

Went to store at 2:30 this afternoon. Store was closed but the drive thru open for the pharmacy?! Not sure what the issue is in general at this location. Pharmacy is either closed, closed early, doesn't fill prescriptions timely, or the store is closed with no rhyme or reason. If you can't keep it fully stated consider shutting it down and sending the remaining employees to other stores.

Easily one of the worst Walgreens, they close at random times and when they are open they treat their customers poorly. Save your time and energy and order your stuff online, probably cheaper too.

I have had so many bad experiences here that I just won't do business, or ever recommend this business. I constantly tell people how I've been treated here, and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

absolute worst pharmacy. out of stock. if u call u get placed on hold for 45 minutes. seriously multiple times then hung up on.
the last 4 months have been hell!

Whenever I get transferred to the pharmacy, there is a voice that says "your call will be disconnected", and it disconnects.
