I had a complicated transaction I needed help with and I don't live near a WaFd branch. I happened to be in Portland, stopped by the Burnside Road branch in Gresham without an appointment, and Regina Rae Sansom was amazing. She fit me in between her appointments on a busy Friday afternoon, and worked with me until we got it done. And they had warm cookies! She was professional, knowledgeable and personable, going above and beyond. Thank you Regina!

Andrew Johnson at Washington Federal Bank in Gresham, Oregon has helped my father for many years and is helping my brother and I. Andrew Johnson has made the experience taking over our father finances due to to his failing health a breeze. I would highly recommend Andrew Johnson for any ones banking needs.

Absolutely a joy using WaFd as my bank, they are a wonderful bank to work with and do great things to assist the greater community. Victor Batz, Andrew Johnson and his colleagues at the Portland burnside road location volunteered at a pageant I was coordinating and did an exemplary job greeting guests. Thank you for all that you do!

I really appreciate their ethics, morals and what they offer their customers. Great bank great staff and I feel my money is safe and I am protected. I haven't always felt that way with other banks. I switched to them 9 years ago and have no plans on changing. I strongly recommend banking with WaFd Bank!!

Great local bank. Everyone is nice and in a good mood. Andrew Johnson listens and provides valuable expertise and personalized guidance to help us make good decisions for our small business. You can call, email, or stop by for a visit and the experience is pleasurable. Never thought I would enjoy going to the bank but that's how they do it at Gresham WaFd.

I am a Customer of Washington Federal over twenty plus years. I moved from my hometown to Portland Oregon and found my Washington Federal Bank is located miles from me. Being a very senior citizen I don't drive anymore. I now do online banking. There came a day I needed to sign some papers in person. I must rely on someone to take me places. My personal banker Andrew Johnson called me and drove many miles to bring these documents for me to sign. What a blessing he is. He went totally above and beyond his job to help this senior citizen. Thank you Andrew . I am very grateful.

This bank provides the best service in the industry. Both the manager and all the tellers are extremely friendly and helpful beyond measure. You will not find this level of service at any other bank. I highly recommend banking at Washington Federal
