Had a great experience at Washmans on Burnside. Nathan noticed me and my wife looking at our vehicle after the wash while vacuuming. He came over and very professionally said he saw us looking at the car and wanted to make sure there was no damage. I told him no we just noticed a few big dirt spots still. He apologized and asked if we wanted to run through the wash one more time so we did and he made sure to spend a little extra time spraying the truck before we entered the wash. Very professionally and respectful, the best experience we’ve had so far at a Washmans so thank you, Nathan.

Came here to get my car detailed despite the poor reviews because it was the only place with availably. Now I know why. Paid $120 and waited 2 hours for there still to be dust, dirt, sand, and crumbs all up in everything. I had to take it back the next day to get it done again and still had to point out to the guy cleaning it all the places he missed including the space in between my seats, the cup holders, my plastic trunk cover. I still had to go back and vacuum under the seats. They also removed some melted crayon from the change holder and scratched it all up, if you couldn’t do it without scratching it just leave it. Wasted a ton of my time and money to still clean it myself once I got home. I added on the tire treatment and still dirty. I would not recommend this place just clean it yourself. 2 stars because they cleaned it again when I showed them all these pictures. $120 for this is crazy.

Paid $175 for a full detail and hand wash. There was still dog hair in the interior and ton of dirt and build up on the roof under the small ladder rack I have installed. (removed my ladder beforehand so they wouldn’t be impeded by it.) Do not recommend anyone else pay for this service.

I take all of my companies funeral service vehicles to this location. They are friendly and efficient. The lady with the curly hair always makes it a point to say hi, and inquires if she hasn't seen me in a while when I do show up. I put monthly passes on our more frequently used vehicles, and purchased gift cards for the less used ones.
The monthly pass is a great deal. I subscribe to the #3, which is their top-tier monthly option. It's $39 a month, and they install an RFID barcode sticker on the interior of your windshield. Everytime you arrive, they know what wash plan you are on. You are able to use the car wash 15 times in a month under that rate. Contract says if you use it more than 15 times a month, you are considered a for-hire vehicle, and need to pay a surcharge. I don't know what that charge is, as I only use the wash every 2-3 days. Ultimately, if you use the car wash 3 times, it pays for itself. Use it 10 times in a month, that's like paying $4 a wash. 15 times is roughly $2.60 a wash.
The only thing I wish they had was in-depth detailing services. They advertise quick detailing, but when I called to inquire about removing stubborn hard water spots on vehicle body and windows from water sprinklers, they said they were not equipped to remove them in a detailing package. I now have a mobile detailing service scheduled to arrive in 12.5 hours to detail the exterior of the car and remove those hard water marks.

My boyfriend and I frequent this car wash, my boyfriend has been going for many years and myself about a year now. The last few visits have been less than impressive. When customers pay for a full rinse, the car shouldn't be half dry going in. More than once lately we have not been placed on the track properly and have stalled in the carwash, needing to repeat the run through. Last time we got a wax we watched the drying guys only dry one side or do one full walk around leaving just a line around the car actually dry. The quality of service has definitely changed. We have definitely discussed going somewhere else. In the spirit of fairness, the guys in the detail shop do a great job with the hand wax and have everytime.

Just found out will no longer do vehicles with a tire on the back. Took my jeep there all the time. No longer. I guess I won't be taking my other car there either if they no longer want my business.

Got the managers special that includes interior detailing among other thing. Upon driving into the bay, with 2 other cars present, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, so I went ahead with it. It took them 2 and a half hours. I was not prepared for that as I had other errands to run. This was on a weekday about 2:30 in the afternoon. I will add that all staff was very nice and friendly and they did a great job detailing the car.
