I can recommend this branch and its staff wholeheartedly. Especially its Regional Banking Manager C.W. I had an awful situation, which needed immediate attention, and out of nowhere, dropping everything she was doing, including her own LUNCH she got on the phone for nearly an hour and a half and helped untangle a very messy mystery. My undying thanks and indebtedness go out to her. This is the kind of true PUBLIC SERVICE you just never see anymore. And what was in it for her? NOTHING BUT HELPING A DESPERATE PERSON IN NEED! Why I love WellsFargo., because of staff like C.W. a true ASSET TO HER COMPANY!

TIME TO SWITCH BANKS!
The Gresham branch has become a joke. Must be new management or something. Never am I able to have a swift or smooth transaction. And they lack in staffing. The line is always at the very least a 15 min. wait. Currently I’m standing outside because that’s how long the line is! It’s out the door with 1-2 tellers at the windows and 4 other employees sitting around. Even if they are not tellers this place should cross train to avoid this exact situation which occurs way too often.
I went to the gresham branch located on Burnside this afternoon and received such great above and beyond customer service from a teller named Alyssa. I won't get into the details... but I went in with a few issues and left with every single issue resolved. I definitely wasn't expecting this, but I appreciate it very much. I hope they recognize this employees wonderful contribution to their establishment. Thank you again, Alyssa.

Wells Fargo just charged my autistic daughter a 10 dollar service charge for her checking account. She can't get a job because she's autistic and she can't get auto. Pay because she can't get a job

More bankers then cashiers on shirt. Cashiers are slow. They never have enough people working in the afternoon. Wait is 15-20 mins with the line going out the door. The parking lot sucks. Employees park same place as customers and we have to walk from Del Taco. Hire more people and have them park by the fence.

Do you have a shortage of check registers?
I went into the Gresham, Oregon branch just to pick a handful up. I was given three registers and I told her that I needed more than that. She only gave me one more register.
Poor attitude and poor customer service.
P.S. I have had this account for almost 40 years.
I have to wonder if they are trying to drive away good customers. Sad.

After another Wellsfargo location couldn’t help (not first time) this one never fails & I forget it’s closer to home. Always goes above and beyond. Not as crazy busy as others. Have ALWAYS been able to assist me with my walk/in needs.The ambiance & over all experience is very different from the other bank I usually go to. Way more chill, wait time in line varies but has always been bearable.Staff very Knowledgeable & if a employee (especially if training) & does not know answer or needs assistance with particular transaction they go ask co-worker who does know or more knowledgeable.Not if they aren’t sure of what to do with my transaction…Say, “Um… hmmmm”. Look around the bank…??♀️. Then say,“Um…We’re too busy”, can you go to another branch?”This branch (Gresham Burnside) has more courteous, polite, better mannered tellers, (don’t get me started), and customer service all around A+. Smaller bank. Better service.Keep it up guys!
