“Needed a U-Haul and the original place I placed the reservation at was closed. When we walked in we were greeted by Hunter (a cute dog) and we were able to give him treats! The lady at the desk was AWESOME! We had never rented a U-Haul before and she made it super easy and she even set up the first part of my U-Haul account so when I went to set up an account I only had to do a password! She was awesome and needs a raise!”
“The lady had everything ready to go.. no issues..Too bad we had to drive 3 hours tho to rental a car transport trailer.. it's outrages that Boise Nampa Caldwell Ontario Oregon did not have any except for day useI will give u haul company it's self a 0 because our extra expense and Time”
