“Had a very low steering tire and asked the folks to check it out. Took me three, perhaps five minutes on the phone with my local tire store and the repair order was complete. There was one truck ahead of me when I pulled up and the very nice woman at the counter predicted 25-30 minutes and they would be ready for my truck. Talk about under promise and over deliver! They had me inside the shop in 20 minutes! We found out I had a cracked rim. A used rim, remount and install later I was back on the road and we only lost an hour on the trip! I only wish the rest of the day had gone that well, but that's a whole different story!I have learned over the past decade Point S as a whole is a no-frills, down to business operation and they have my business for life!”
