I became a box holder at the Halsey, p.o.about a year ago! Nothing but professionalism in the lobby,helpful to do anything they can to resolve any issues you may have. Polite,curteous,ambitious people there.i love having my mail delivered to the p.o.they watch the box for anything out of the norm they contact you immediately to solve the issue.but there to see your mail get through,To you..a real hometown feel of no worries.
..I love Halsey p.o..glad they're there for me.real reliable crew

A lot of post offices make me feel rushed but Halsey gives you a welcoming feeling even when they’re about to close. They were very helpful answering my questions and helping me change an address and set up a PO Box.
The office has certain hours but the lobby is always open to check your PO Box which is perfect for me as I’m always traveling.

Kylie and Julie are awesome postal workers. They always seem to go the extra mile to accommodate and help.

Wish I could give negative stars, post master is complete garbage, zero accountability or transparency for being a paid servant. She likes sending back packages without notice.
Be careful dealing with the paid servants that take no accountability for their job. I think she should retire and go be a crab somewhere else

I have had nothing but great service from this post office. Julie has been so helpful when I had package tracking issues across the country, she investigated and called me back. The other women there are friendly and helpful, and Tyler is a great delivery person. When a new delivery driver covered for him (probably his vacation), they delivered my package to the wrong address, but the desk staff made sure to get it back and re-deliver to me. I don't understand the other negative reviews on here, at all.
