If you don't mind overpaying and dealing with staff that doesn't know what they're talking about shop here. In commercial construction for over 40 years and try to avoid this store unless need something in an emergency.

I live down the street. The brown haired little girl is on her phone every time I go here three times a month. She acts sad and doesn’t seem to like working here. Other than that everyone else is helpful. Update: My boyfriend and went there together recently. One other girl was rude to these old people. Poor customer service.

For six years I've shopped here for everything house, yard, repair, paint, propane, rebuild, electrical, plumbing, grass seed, fasteners, and anything needed for maintenance. It's hard to understand how they have the same products as the huge stores but without the endless walking. The thing about this store is store is the crazy employee to customer ratio! They have SO MANY helpful, knowledgeable people kinda scattered about the store you are never more than like 10 seconds away from getting help. The prices are competitive and selection of stuff is huge.

So much here! If verbal directions don't get you where you want, staff will take you where you want to shop, point to your choices, and experienced staff will give you the company's background on occasion!

Just don't go to this Ace if possible. You won't get good customer service, and you'll be making calls for days to get your money back if you have a return. First off, don't think you'll get any help from associates if you're wandering around looking for stuff. The shorter guy in the paint department was doing a good job of avoiding me. Hello, if you are in the paint department, you probably have some questions. Secondly, there was poop smeared on the toilet seat and on the floor in the women's restroom. I'm guessing an employee didn't do that, but it definitely added to the bad experience. Thirdly, I ordered from the app, which has excellent savings, but I needed to return a couple of items from my order. The "girl", Izzy I think her name is, was so bothered by my two returns. She had trouble processing them and told me that I needed to follow up with the phone number at the top of the receipt to make sure it went through. Well, the number at the top of the receipt is my phone number. Lol. When I called the store a couple of days later, I was told the manager would be gone until Saturday and to call back then. I wasn't able to call on Saturday, so I called the following Wednesday, 9 days after my return, and was told to call back after 11 to speak to the manager. I was never offered follow-up to reassure that the return went through or offered for the manager to call me! I'm just doing all of the work to get my money back for items Ace has! I've worked customer service in a similar position and I know that every one of the employees has room for improvement.
