This was my go to spot for good deals on sweatshirts every winter. Never again. They must have changed manufacturers or downgraded there quality. Lint everywhere! And with washing even worse. Aeropastle owes me an entire new wardrobe. Sad to say after years and years this my go to and advertising for them will not risk such an experience again and loss of other clothes from them linting all over. I had a good run with these good deals for years but never again after this loss. Will pay a better price for better quality next year 🫤

Cashier had attitude for no reason, I’ve worked in service jobs so I know that sometimes you’re not in the mood to be friendly but she was genuine rude.

We spent this Saturday, 3 weeks before Christmas at Clackamas Mall, and did a lot of shopping, eating, and even massages . Although some of the stores were understaffed, we had amazing service. Except for one employee at this store. She was rude and let her coworker, who was very professional and kind, ring up the line of customers while she chatted with a friend. Won't be back. Too many other places understand how important good customer service is. I hope the cashier finds a better place to work where they appreciate her.

It's an alright mall, biggest one around with great selections of stores. The food court has good variety even during the pandemic. Much better than Lloyd Center food court. Only major complaint is regarding the cult chicken joint across the street. It makes coming here off the highway a literal nightmare. Best part of this mall is the transient who waits for the 33 bus He guards the bus stop by the Cinema and is known for having daily fire sales at the food court bathroom with a massive dump. He's this bootleg old man with an eyepatch and cane. He's always flipping people off and bumming cigs. If I had a nickel for every time this guy cussed me or any bystander off I'd have three houses.

Scored!!! Great quality and prices. I'll be coming back again often. New shorts for the summer in deck guys and girls sections ready to rock and roll. Some stores are mainly for woman even when they have a men's section, but not here I felt like it was definitely for the whole family. Thanks

Went to the Halloween drive thru and it was absolutely horrible, I was expecting people to jump out and scare us but all it was was decorations and scary music, very disappointing and a waste of money! Didn't even start my pants good lord

I've been here several times in the past couple months and there are always right wing political activities in the parking lot. It makes me feel very unsafe . I'll be shopping elsewhere.

The security guards here suck. They need to be replaced because they don't know how to act professional during this time of Covid. Always rude. Portland is going down to shithole anyways.

Today was my my first post-pandemic shopping experience. We checked online to make sure the mall was open and see what the hours and requirements were before heading out. Signs were posted that masks are required, and everyone I saw was wearing one. There were many sanitizer stations throughout the mall, and although most stores were open, nearly all of them were limiting the number of guests and advising social distance. Most guests were keeping their distance, and many businesses have added BLM, Pride, and other inclusive type promotional materials to their displays. Thanks for getting with the times.

Moving to a rural location many many many miles from here, I have come to miss the Clackamas Town Center. This is as complete a mall in the Pacific NW as you could want. Boasting a massive state of the art movie theater and every shopping need you could want, this is a great location to spend an afternoon. The mall is also surrounded by a ton of other shopping and dining businesses and is also connected to two arterial highways to help you get across town along with a mass transit system that cannot be beat. Worth the trip and is the best mall in the Portland Metro area and dare I say it - the Pacific NW.
