The assistants were very nice and welcoming! But they felt really scammy. I know I have things I need to get done- but denying me for regular cleaning because “It won’t help, it will only polish your teeth.” And want me to go through the treatment right away- asking for $400/$600 JUST TO BOOK appointment. Huh? ? i have insurance, and have done deep cleanings before but to be asked to pay up front is very suspicious…The place looks okay, but make sure you know what ur getting in to before you pay anything.

Contacted Aspen Dental for an emergency consultation and examination for a potential infected tooth. Never been before, they were sweet and set me up in their system in no time! Everyone there was happily doing the best they could to make sure I was well informed about my situation and that I could get the care I needed, even if it would not be with them. They were gentle in the mouth and although some staff were quite young, had an expertise to them that gave of the vibe of, "professional". Confirmed that there was an infection and got me a prescription right away. Would recommend the location off of King & 82nd to anyone, either for emergency care, or as a long term patient.

I did not have the greatest experience here when I originally became a patient back around September/October last year. I went in for my new patient appointment and was informed that I needed multiple cavities filled. So, I set up those appointments including a teeth cleaning totaling five appointments which I had to get a special exception from my work to do (it is hard to get time off last minute at my workplace). However, on the day of my teeth cleaning I was informed they did not have a dental hygienist and had to cancel all of my appointments. I asked for them to just let me know when they got a new dental hygienist so I could make the appointments again. I understand that this was not their fault despite being upset due to the amount of pain I was in from my cavities.Well, there was some miscommunication apparently, because they started to call me on random days asking if I could come in within the next 1-2 hours. Of course I had to say no because I was at work, but turns out they put me on a wait-list instead of just informing me when they could get a new hygienist. I finally end up making the teeth cleaning appointment (which was required in order to have my cavities filled) months later due to life. I go into my teeth cleaning appointment, very excited to finally to finally proceed with the process so I can get done what I needed. To only be informed, as I was waiting in line to check in, that they would no longer take my insurance. I am in the process still of finding a new dentist (my insurance sucks and I can only go to certain locations) and still have multiple cavities that need to be filled yet. They were not rude during my visits, but very unfortunate that I could not have everything completed last year when I was suppose to and they did not help me (letting me know when they hired someone new). I'm not saying don't go there, but just know you will have to be proactive in advocating for yourself.

I had a procedure completed in September 2023. I was quoted $329 for the procedure. Actual cost to me after insurance was $720. The clinic offered little explanation for the discrepancy, they only referred me to my insurance. The insurance company informed me the clinic did not call to verify benefits or ask for a fee schedule. The bill arrived in March when insurance had processed the claim back in October. The clinic waited 5 months to bill me.To top it all off, the same day I received the bill, I also received mail stating that their office records had been breached and my info and SSN had been leaked. There wasn't an offer for credit monitoring.Hard lesson learned. Do not trust the office to give you an accurate quote. I learned that they only ask for "predetermination" (aka quote from insurance) if the patient requests it. I did not know that the estimate I was given wasn't a quote from the insurance.

I had 6 veneers done here a couple years back. The first one fell out within 48 hours. Since then every single one has fallen out, some of them multiple times for a total of 10 times in the first year and one a year since. It would be higher except they stopped fixing them after number 9. A different aspen dental office is now telling me it's gonna be an additional 2-5k to repair the work they failed to do. This place caused so much damage, in a way that has affected almost every aspect of my life; my career, my relationships. No single company has caused me more harm in my life.Over 10k in work and 3 years later 0% of it held. They scammed me. They lied to me and tricked me into signing up for a "payment plan" that was actually a credit card with insane interest rates. Additionally, I was not in pain before going in. Now I am often in pain around all the empty spots where veneers have fallen out. I've woken a few times now with my mouth full of blood.

Very friendly, they were a little confused as to why I was there. But they figured it out from start to finish they were professional and a happy group.

I love this office, Jackie And Alyson (the assistants) are so kind and sweet and make sure you feel comfortable. Very comforting. And the doctor is so gentle but effective. She checks in with you throughout the procedure, making sure you’re ok, and if you aren’t she takes the time to numb you more or adjust things until you are comfortable. Just an all star team from the greeting in the front all the way through to the explanation of the financials. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
