1. Don't buy an iphone! 2. Don't buy any phone from ATT. 3. Asurion insurance is a joke. After owning every other iphone since the original iphone, I can safely say that the 14 Pro Max has been the worst phone I've ever owned. It's completely stopped working and had to be replaced 3 time now in a year and a half(along with all kinds of other problems and a horrible looking camera). ATT's insurance has made me pay for a new phone every time!!! What's the point of buying a brand new phone that only lasts a week or a few months and neither Apple or ATT will back it up. My phones weere never dropped. They never got wet(all the the lenses fogged up every time it rains here and they blamed ATT/Asurion blamed me for the rain I gues?).
So today I had a scheduled appoint with Asurion at the ATT store for 11am. I had to schedule it 2 days in advance. That's already 2 days without a working phone. Then when I get there I have to wait 30 minutes for another person who has an 11am appoint. Then the only Asurion repair person tells me his life story for 10 minutes and then proceeds to tell me he won't fix my phone because he noticed signs on condesation. So my $49 repair(which is already too much for a phone that keeps breaking on it's own), is now a $275 replacement that I won't get for another 4 days. 6 days as a self employed person with no way to receive SMS messages and being locked out of all social media, money apps and anything else because 2FA requires SMS. ATT in general has waisted so much of my time over the years and Asurion has now wasted my time and cost me serious $$$ with not being able to do business do to insane policies that get them out of fixing phones. And iphones are no longer reliable. If you look on reddit and on Apple help forums you will see thousands of people with the exact same problems getting treated the exact same way.

It is all about the guy who helped me. He explains things in a way I understand. Super polite. I was very impressed. I will be looking for him next time I buy anything for my phone.

I initially left the store feeling satisfied with my purchases, but my return visit the following day completely changed my perspective. I went back to inquire about a potential trade-in, which had been mentioned by a different clerk the previous evening. Unfortunately, the service I received this time was far from helpful. The new clerk on duty was dismissive and less willing to assist. The devices were not available for trade in, but I had that understanding before I came in, however they told me to just bring in what I had so they could check. He outright refused to check the stock for an item, claiming they didn't have it without even knowing which product I was referring to. It seems clear to me that unless you're planning to spend a substantial amount, don't expect to receive good customer service here. I'm disappointed and will think twice before returning.

Michael was incredibly helpful. He helped us change plans from T-Mobile to ATT. We fell prey to the grocery store vendors that incorrectly switched our plans over, and Michael walked us through the process and advocated for us. I even had to leave my family's current plan, and he supported the return of my phone and customer service process with phone reps. I'm incredibly impressed with the level of service and time taken with us. He is an absolute standout at the 82nd location. Give this man a raise and promotion.

The worst managerial experience. Went in December and they literally increased my family plan by almost $50. They said I will be saving money, my bill will reduced, nope.Last two months I’ve paid more and I’m livid. Tried to go back in January and deal with it but the assistant manager was rude and unhelpful. I’ve been a customer before they were AT&T - so frustrating. If I could give a zero star I would. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sierra the Manager & Isaac the sales consultant were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions especially with my wife since she is not as tech savvy.They took the extra time to explain & help her out until she understood everything she had questions on.

I would come see sierra for all my future needs. Sierra solved my issue when no one at ATT or Apple phone support would. After 4 hours on phone I came here. Sierra actually listened really well first time. None of the phone help was good listeners. And they couldn’t resolve.

This store was clean, quick and had a good staff. Our representative Nick was fantastic, patient and very professional. He really helped explain everything. He was very pleasant to deal with. We came to AT&T store on Friday night and one of the workers his name is Mike was very very very helpful. Nice kind helped us with all the issues. We really appreciate customer service like this.
