The worst managerial experience. Went in December and they literally increased my family plan by almost $50. They said I will be saving money, my bill will reduced, nope.Last two months I’ve paid more and I’m livid. Tried to go back in January and deal with it but the assistant manager was rude and unhelpful. I’ve been a customer before they were AT&T - so frustrating. If I could give a zero star I would. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sierra the Manager & Isaac the sales consultant were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions especially with my wife since she is not as tech savvy. They took the extra time to explain & help her out until she understood everything she had questions on.

I would come see sierra for all my future needs. Sierra solved my issue when no one at ATT or Apple phone support would. After 4 hours on phone I came here. Sierra actually listened really well first time. None of the phone help was good listeners. And they couldn’t resolve.

This store was clean, quick and had a good staff. Our representative Nick was fantastic, patient and very professional. He really helped explain everything. He was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this store and certainly Nick to friends and family! Go get your phones from Nick at AT&T in Clackamas Mall! ~Thank you- Jodie B

Not willing to take accountability for products they provide.---We upgraded from my fully functional iPhone SE as a part of some Costco/AT&T promo. Upon activation, I immediately had issues setting up the FaceID and the camera was working intermittently. The intermittent work was frustrating more than just not working because it constantly made it hard to get folks to believe me/see the issue. I assumed it was some iOS bug that’d sort out, but it did not, so on 10/31, I began to call around. First, I called the Costco/AT&T hotline, they sent me to Apple. Then I called Apple, twice. The first guy said nothing was wrong. The second finally found something. They were reasonably helpful on the phone. I think I called again, but at this point, it was clear they could not help me to completion over the phone. I scheduled an appointment at a GeekSquad near me to avoid the hour round trip to the Apple store. On 11/4 I went to GeekSquad. They restarted the phone and the camera appeared to work again - however, I had done this multiple times and know that it would fail shortly after, sure enough, it did. They said if it continued to not work, go to the AT&T store. So now I went to the AT&T store, maybe my frustration came off, but they were not very respectful or wiling to help. Again, the camera was in an intermittent period where it worked, so they treated me like I was some kind of scammer or technologically inept. They wanted $55 to restock a faulty phone I received for switching to their service? That’s wild to me. I know AT&T did not make the phone, but they used the phone as their carrot to lure me over. In hindsight, I was just getting started on the hours spent on this, so that may have been a good deal. Anyways, I opted to not pay and scheduled and appointment at the Apple Store. Long story shorter, I ended up spending about 10 hours of my time trying to troubleshoot the phone with Apple - so that $55 wasn't a bad option, though I still think it's bootleg to require it less than 1 week into my new service. The real winner here is Costco. Upon pressuring them again via telephone, the Costco/AT&T branch sent me a new phone to finally address the issue. Having Costco on my team gave me power that me as an individual did not have when I first went into that store - so get a Costco membership.None of these companies cared about my time while trying to troubleshoot their faulty product and that is so wildly frustrating. I have done everything they have suggested but continue to get spun around in their endless loop of troubleshooting. The only power I have is my voice and this review, so thanks for reading. I’m sure folks will continue to use AT&T and upgrade their iPhones. I wish you better luck than I had.

Was referred to the store by online tech support telling me that I likely needed to replace my SIM card.On arrival Chris without even looking up my account very quickly attributed the issue to a network outage and stated it would be several days before it was over, and there was nothing they could do.I left and went to another AT&T location who looked up my account, swapped my SIM card and instantly resolved the issue.

The men at this store were so helpful today. The ATT phone customer service is so frustrating. So going into the store where both Mike and Ryan were so very helpful, informative and compassionate. Mike took the time to help me lower my bill and understand my bill better. So patient and kind. I will go here for all my phone needs! Thanks again guys!

If you’re visiting the AT&T store in Clackamas town center specifically ask for Isaac Chang. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and service oriented. Patient and gets the job done in the least amount of time possible. He provided great service to us! I would recommend him to anyone.

Staff here are always friendly. Mike from AT&T helped me when my phone was stolen and on what to do next. I was given recommendations based on my career in social media on what the best upgrades would be for the phone I was wanting and the process was very easy and quick. This is the only AT&T location I come to !

Really disappointed with the experience at this store and in particularly with Daniel, the cashier that "helped" me upgrade my phone. The transaction should have been simple and smooth but he found ways to charge me for many extras that he didn't even discuss with me nor did I sign anything. I found out he signed me up for phone insurance several days later when I got the bill. So, I called ATT and asked them to remove it. They informed me that I Daniel ALSO charged me TWO upgrade fees of $35 each, an activation fee in addition to the unwanted insurance. All of which ATT removed for me but it was annoying and frustrating that I had to do this.To recap: that was 2 upgrade fees, an activation fee and insurance that I should not have been charged anything for. ATT made it right but it took a lot of my time to set it straight.I have no trust in this store to not swindle their customers after this happened. Buyer beware and avoid if you can.
