i cried in the changing room because all of the employees were so pushy. i couldn't say no, so i ended up spending $759. literally never coming back. the jeans are $190?? per pair?? and the employee said that i should just get as much as i could because my dad 'looks nice'. she was so pushy and went up to me every 10 seconds giving me another thing to buy. pay your employees better. you shouldn't need to guilt customers into buying things.

I used to Manage a Buckle about 3 times as big and busy at this location and I promise you my store was top in sales for a reason. I came to do a return. I had the receipt and everything and this store manager and staff was the rudest nastiest people I've ever met. I used my friends $10 off coupon which doesnt violate Buckles policy or procedure and the employee with long dark hair who didnt even say hello let alone welcome to buckle took the receipt grabbed 2 other employees turned her back on me and it sounded like they were making fun of me, and then she turned around and said where's SO AND SO MY FRIEND. SHE SAID HE HAS TO RETURN THE JEANS. NO HE DOES T I HAVE EVERYTHING NECESSARY FOR THE RETURN AND U TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I JUST USED HIS COUPON BUT SHE WAS DONE WITH NOT PROVIDING ME ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE and she refused to listen to what happened ut instead of listening she got loud so the entire store store could stare at me and I co tinied to talk trying to get her to listen and she picked up the phone to call security and told me to exit her store immediately or security would escort me out. I was mortified and I need my $110 back!! My friend was out here on vacation so I cant being them . She didnt listen to 1 thing I had to say and I get Buckle corporate would be mortified but how do I get my money back? I did nothing nd had all the required items to execute thereturn. If Bu. Ckle does not correct this error then I will go to her store every day with the receipt and make a public spectacle of this mean woman with zero people skills. Dont ever go here they are so rude and NO ONE deserves to be treated this poorly or made into a public spectacle its rude and embarrassing and un called for.

Caveat Emptor! Beware of the return/exchange policy. Merchandise was not as expected for a Christmas present. Could not return nor get a store credit toward another in store purchase. Horrible customer service. Shop elsewhere if you are able.

I will absolutely be back thanks to Brandi, the Sales Associate who helped me. When I first walked in I was overwhelmed by all the selection and didn’t know where to begin. I was just about ready to throw in the towel and leave when Brandi offered to help me. And by “helping me” she was my PERSONAL SHOPPER!!! It was the best experience!!! She asked me some questions about what I liked. Set me up with a dressing room and did all the work!!! I now have a new favorite store and will definitely be back to work with Brandi again ????

Me and my wife have been shopping here since they first opened. We always had good experience there but today not so much. I made a return and they required me to give my name and phone number. I told the staff I prefer not to but they insist that I have to in order to make a return. They said I have to and it’s the law. It’s strange because we have been running a business for over twenty years and never did we had to ask for our customer’s information to make a return or exchange. I told the young lady (Tylee) that helped me that there is no such law nicely just so she is more informed just in case she was trained wrong and is misinformed but she got irritated and told me not return to the store. I was shocked to see this type of service in my fifty years. After shopping there for over twelve years, they just lost a valuable customer.

Been shopping for many years here , love their clothes, but their credit branch ( COMENITY BANK ) costumer service is trash and worst costumer service I've had . It's 3 stars from me , wish they wouldn't hook me up with their credit card .

I have never once been to a buckle and been ignored! Usually they gear you up with all the newest stuff and you end up with twice the gear you came in for! I literally wandered around for almost 10 minutes and didn't even get a greeting, let alone have someone come ask me if I needed help or a size.. This visit was a huge let down and disappointment to me which sucks because usually I am all about Buckle, since my very first visit! so if I could give this buckle a zero today, trust and believe that I would!

I tell myself... Not today, not today. Lol. It's has seriously become an addition. True words! I Love Rock Revival, and Salvage pants. Sullen T - Shirts and RVCA brand name are just a few to mention. When I put on any of these on, my feel , my looks and my self confidence shines. Truly a difference in overall image???
