10/08/2024. 40 minutes before closing but the staff are ready to get off work and refuse to help. The young bronde girl there said they were only 2 people at a very busy branch so they can’t help me do the domestic transfer at the moment. There was literally me the only customer in the branch and they told me to schedule an appointment or come it early tomorrow. I had to drive to another close by chase branch, and they help me did the transfer within 10 minutes before they were closing. The employees are so slacking off at work and have terrible work performance!

I asked if I could get My fee waved for making a check for rent.
The girl working said they can only wave it out their is a national disaster etc.
I have been here for 12 years.
Than she Said it was 8 dollar remainder. I told her this is all the money I have I would have to dig for quarters out of my car. She said than said I'll wait.
I had to go scrounge for quarters. Was a younger lady on this Saturday.
Couldn't believe how underapprectied I was as a person and costomer

Customer service is always top-notch. I think they go above and beyond to make their customers feel comfortable.

This is the worst chase branch to visit. I have came in on 3 separate occasions and have had nothing but issues. Go to a different branch if possible!

Upon arriving at the branch, I checked in with the store front person, who confirmed my presence for the appointment at noon. However, at 12:30 PM, after noticing a significant delay, I approached the store front person again, who informed the relationship banker that I was at the bank. Despite this, when I later spoke with the relationship banker, they indicated that they were unaware of my presence.I understand that the store front person was new and covering for someone on vacation, which may have contributed to the miscommunication. However, I expect that internal processes are in place to ensure seamless customer service, regardless of staffing changes. This recent experience fell far below the standard I have come to expect.

I made an appointment in Chase. to open an account, and when I came with a woman as she needs to be entered in the account, and took with me small children, the youngest of whom is 2 months old, we waited 35 minutes. and we were told to wait another 50 minutes or make another appointment. and they see that we are with small children ... treating people like cattle

We had a wonderful experience with the Chase staff at the Johnson Creek location. We dropped in somewhat late on a Saturday, despite not having an appointment, and the staff made us feel very welcome and attended to. They even stayed late to help us with my name change and making a joint bank account after our wedding. Our Relationship Banker, Jake Osti, was a particular delight to work with. We would certainly recommend Chase Bank and Jake anytime!
