“I returned to CPR about a week later and had a great experience. I had a broken cover over one of the lenses on my iPhone. I had tried to fix it myself, but with very poor results. CPR cell phone repair did a great job fixing my camera glass and photos are better and clearer and they’ve been in years.——————— Original 1 star Review ——————No call, no show?I’ve been sitting outside of this business for 15 minutes, waiting for them to open. It is now 10 minutes after their scheduled opening and the business is dark with all of their gates shut and barred. Since 10am, I have seen FedEx and a couple of other people walk up to the door try to get in and turn away. I’m hoping this is the result of an irresponsible employee as opposed to a standard business practice. Hopefully, you guys follow up with me so I can come and get my phone fixed otherwise, 1 star for you. It is Oct 16th. The time is 10:12am.”

“I've had great experiences at the Fix Hut on Alberta. They always fix whatever problems we bring them - from iPhones that won't charge to desktops that are super slow. I highly recommend them!”

“I'm so impressed with "Dr. Ryan", I don't know where to start. First off, my Dell laptop is nearly six years old and was super slow, with programs hesitating to open, documents freezing or not responding, and delivering bad performance all around. I thought swapping my existing HHD drive with an SSD drive would help.Boy, did it ever! Ryan put in a new Samsung drive and my computer has been transformed! It's lightning fast now and seems to be working even better than when it was brand new. I'm not only pleased, I'm ecstatic!I'm also delighted by the service I received and Ryan's excellent communication (via text and phone) on the status of my upgrade. He's personable, knowledgeable and has the best prices in town. He charged half of what I was quoted elsewhere. Some people are annoyed that he isn't always in during his stated hours, but that's because he makes house calls, and he's very clear about it. So what. His great service, and the value he provides, outweighs it.So do yourself a favor. Take your computer or cell phone problems directly to Dr. Ryan. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else. And pet his friendly dog, Eve, while you're there.”

“For the last 10 years I have taken my Imac to a tech in Vancouver WA. He does killer work and I never had a complaint about anything. Two weeks ago the 1TB hard drive he put in around 5 years ago started failing. I emailed him and he told me he was working on appointment basis only. That's okay but the combination of having to drive from Oregon to Vancouver on top of that made me think about making a change...so I did. Reluctantly, I took my Imac to iParts & Phone Repairs in Gresham OR. I turned it over to Judd, who at the time I did not know was the tech that would work on it. He was fair enough and I paid the up front 36 bucks to have it diagnosed. Well, as it turned out it was the drive. We discussed it and came up with a 1TB drive again. The way I use my iMac is I have two 500G partitions. One uses OS 10.13 and the other uses OS 10.6. The reason for the 10.6 is I have an older version of Pro Tools LE and it won't run on anything higher than 10.6 and I don't want to upgrade because there's nothing I do on Pro Tools these days that I need anymore power than PT 8.1. So I discuss all of this with Judd and I can tell he's got it. I took the computer in on a Thursday and didn't get it back until Tuesday of that next week. I was a little nervous about the time it was there...weekend and all...but I talked myself down and let iParts do their work. I got a text on Tuesday (yesterday 10-24-23) telling me my Imac was ready to go. I went and got it and when I paid the final bill, of what was supposed to be 300 bucks, Judd credited the 36 bucks I gave up front to the final bill. So I wound up paying 260.00 some bucks. Perfect. I got the Imac home and it runs like a charm. In fact it's much faster with a new, healthy drive. I am in debt to iParts and Judd for doing such a great job and being fair with the price. I will definitely use them from here on out. I just hope they survive. With the work they do...I bet they will survive these crazy times. Thanks iParts and Judd! Dave Raynor”

“The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I've brought in many burned out bulbs, and the staff has found a replacement in seconds.I brought a phone in for repair, and they quoted an upfront price (which was VERY fair). They finished the job in just over an hour. I will bring all my phone repairs here in the future. They were a breath of fresh air in contast to fly by night phone repair places whose prices keep climbing until the repair is soon more than the cost of a new phone.”

“I've worked with Imperial Office Solutions in a professional capacity, and for the most part, they've provided prompt and pleasant service. I've unable to get into specifics of our deployment, due to non-disclosure agreements, but I can safely say that, overall, the process of swapping out some leased hardware has been relatively painless.Yes, there have been a few hiccups and snafus along the road to swapping out our leased devices, such as license files not being pre-emptively installed, being shorted some external accessories, and then being shipped an incompatible peripheral, which had to be exchanged. However, in each case, Rick (the owner) was right on top of the issues, helping us sort out each individual case as fast as could possibly be expected. For that reason alone, I would highly recommend Imperial Office Solutions for your office hardware needs. Paraphasing the words of Vanilla Ice: "If you got a problem, yo, IOS will solve it!"”

“I recently had a positive experience with Battery Plus that I feel compelled to share. After encountering a defective battery in a product I ordered from Amazon, I was in need of a replacement. Fortunately, Battery Plus had the exact battery I needed. The process of finding the right product at Battery Plus was seamless, and their staff was incredibly helpful in ensuring I got the correct replacement. The new battery worked flawlessly, and I was impressed with its quality. What sets Battery Plus apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. Even though the initial issue stemmed from a purchase on Amazon, Battery Plus went above and beyond to assist me. Amazon promptly refunded the cost of the replacement battery, making the overall experience incredibly satisfying.I highly recommend Battery Plus for their wide product selection, product quality, and outstanding customer service. It's reassuring to know that there are businesses like Battery Plus that prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the products they offer. I'll certainly consider them for future battery needs.”

“Have been here a few times for batteries, and have been pleased with the prices and customer service. Recently needed some D batteries, and Batteries + was about half the price of Fred Meyer. Plus Batteries + always has coupons.”

“Pedro was amazing! I had built a brand new desktop and couldn’t get it to boot to bios. Not only was he able to get it up and running but he updated the bios and installed windows for me as well. I will come back anytime I need computer help!”

“My situation was tricky. I inherited a Kenwood amp from my dad that had issues. I went back and forth to Doug to get the issue resolved for a few months. Unfortunately the amp couldn't be repaired due to intermittent issues, but Doug was generous with his time and knowledge, patient with my frustration and ended up giving me a full refund. Would definitely recommend.”

“The prices are fair and they keep you updated on everything from batteries that need to be replaced and how much it would cost or a screen to be replaced and they will tell you the amount either called or walk in and the staff are friendly. If you have an item call and see how much it would cost.”

“I brought my SX-750 to them for repair. The receiver would not power up and I kept losing a channel on the phono input. The techs repaired all my issues and it's a joy to listen to now. Keep in mind, this receiver is 50 yrs. old. and things can still happen due to the heat cycles and age of components in the design of this amp. Just saying, it's like my 55 yr. old motorcycle, things will need attention and PLEASE be PATIENT with them. They're that busy with customer's repairs these days. It's worth the wait.”
