Batteries Plus in Portland, OR is a neat store with lots of options, carrying thousands of batteries from AA to car to phone, many light bulb types, and smart home products. It offers a wonderful variety of services including super fast and simple cell phone repair, screen repair, free car battery replacement, key fob programming, auto key cutting, and watch batteries. The service is awesome, reliable, and does not break the bank, with very helpful, good-natured, pleasant, and great staff providing kind and helpful customer service. They also offer business accounts with volume pricing and local delivery.
Very helpful with key fob repair. When months later I needed a replacement of a part I bought there but no longer had the receipt for, they located the purchase on their end and replaced it without charge. So helpful and professional I was pleasantly surprised. I called one location and they did not have my battery in stiock so he called the 2nd location for me and they had it. He asked them to hold it for me. I had the BEST experience all the way around with all the salespeople. Highly recommended!!
