I have had stuff in storage for the past decade and have been with extra space for the past year or so. I found that the managers have been helpful and always been able to answer any questions I might have had. The new manager helped make my checkout process easier than any other storage place I've been with. Thank you for the unit and great customer service.

I emptied my last unit today. I’ve had several with different sizes & pricing in the last 2yrs and was happy with this Clackamas location. Even tho monthly fees increased several times, I knew my ‘stuff’ was safe plus easy to get to. The management team was always avail if I had concerns or questions and closing out my last unit was easy. Very satisfied.

Very high priced, pricing changes frequently, units are not as advertised and space is always less than listed. I ordered a 20x10 unit and it was actually two 9.5 x 9 units side by side with a walled dividing it. I would recommend going to another storage unit like EZ storage

Joseph was great to work with regarding the transition of storage unit belongings that are part of an estate. We had a time sensitive situation and he offered an idea that worked perfectly. Joseph was super helpful in getting some storage units transferred over from a fiduciary. The fiduciary was taking some time to sign papers and Joseph was very patient during the whole process. Definitely recommend for any storage needs!

I called in and was set up with a storage space very quickly. it was all very easy and I’m saving $100 a month from what I was paying at my last storage place! That’s $1200 a year that I can spend somewhere else!

This facility is super nice and I’ve used them twice over the past few years. I would only recommend them for short term storage though. I got my unit in December 2023 and have already got 2 rent increases. The first one was $24 in April 2024, not too bad but annoying. I just got another increase of $60! That means that my rent will have gone from $97.50 to $181.50 in just 1 year! They will get you in with cheap prices at the beginning but then raise the prices in hopes that you’re too lazy to move your stuff. Luckily I am able to move and will be looking for another storage facility before my increase in January.

I had a great experience renting a unit at this location. The security is top notch, I always felt my stuff was safe. The prices are reasonable. And I received above and beyond customer service from Joseph. He’s acutely aware of what’s happening on the property and very communicative. I highly recommend renting a unit here if you value the safety of your belongings.
