I wasn't completely satisfied with the results of my last visit (which might not be their fault) but I've been recommending Firestone's tires and lifetime alignment for quite a while.

I was able to drop off one car and have it serviced in one day and drop off a second car right after and it also was serviced in one day.

I walked in and the lady at the counter was wiping stuff down. One of the guys wasn't busy so he came in and started sweeping. They were very professional and courteous. The lady I talked to was very knowledgeable about the operations of the store. They finished my alignment before the allotted time she said it would take and the price wasn't through the roof. I'm definitely coming back.

Service zero. Appointment and wait for 2 hours, what is this? Not accepted at the appointed time. They accept cars that are not registered in a queue. I signed up in 3-4 weeks. I don't recommend this place. The company does not value customers. Worst place.

Quickly got The necessary parts, And got the scheduled work done in the timer promised. Explained The services and warranty well. The shop experience wasn't stressful, we actually enjoyed our Three hours waiting there. I left feeling confident About the work they did!

Cancelled an appointment without any notice because "we are busy". When I arrived unaware of the cancellation, they couldn't fit me in. When I finally got service, they refused to fix the flat and wanted me to buy brand new tires from them. I explained the tires have a warranty and then they refused to honor it. They only answer their phone once every several attempts, it normally just rings endlessly. Horrible customer service and their Google/Yelp reviews basically tell the same story.

Used Fix-a-flat on my tire before taking it to this shop. Literally 2 seconds of fix-a-flat. It didn't work and the air pressure from the tire caused the fix a flat to come out of the little hose attached to the nozzle of the can and back on me. I'm quite sure NO Fix-a-flat even got in the tire. I take it to Firestone not 2 minutes later.. They said the Screw is in a perfect spot for a fix. They take the car back and tire off. Make me wait an hour. Just to say the brand new $320 tire is done for. Because of the Fix-a-flat. The guy said, if you use that product, then it can't be fixed. First thing I search up is that it could be messy. But cleaned up with soapy water. I think they are just lazy. Or wanted me to buy new tires. (They charge $30 for tire repairs) UPDATE: Discount Tires did it for free. No problems.

great service , got my car in and out in remarkable time.*******never got back to edit this i change my review to zero stars after a couple weeks i kept hearing a wierd noise couldnt pinpoint it , after about a month i was able to tell where the problem was coming from as now it was a loud grinding . When getting my new tires put on and oil changed they forgot to put the bolt on the brake caliper they also didnt tighten the bolt in the oil pan although it stayed put a didnt cause a problem.

Had an appt for an oil change. Was told 1 1/2 hrs. Asked them to please call me when it done. Wandered around waiting…. Nothing…..Came back 1 1/2 hrs later, see my car sitting outside and wondering why they didn’t call to tell me it was done. The guy goes, oh sorry we haven’t gotten to it yet. W.T.F?!?!
I said why didn’t you bother to call me and let me know so I could reschedule? He goes well if you can give me 20 minutes we’ll have it done and I’ll put 2 guys on it. I said why didn’t you put 2 guys on it in the first place? He goes well we got really busy and blah blah blah….DUDE I HAD AN APPT!
I waited the 20 minutes, (should have just left), which of course goes by, and I said to the guy your 20 minutes are up. Oh they’re almost done! Complete lack of respect for a persons time! Will not be back!

I had my tires replaced here back in February in anticipation of moving across the country. I had to wait 8 hours for them to complete the appointment I had made well in advance. Today, halfway through my cross-country drive, my car started shaking and making a concerning noise. Drove the car to the nearest mechanic and was informed that all 4 tires were not secured properly, one tire was completely unusable, and a wheel bearing has to be replaced. My partner’s life, my dog’s life, and my life were put at risk because of this. The bill is nearly $900 for all the necessary repairs to be made. I was told that if I drove any further, my wheel could’ve come off while driving. I called and they did nothing but deny it. There is no way all 4 tires could’ve come loose on their own, the head mechanic has informed me that there is no other possible way the tires could’ve done this other than them not having been secured in the first place. Have already reached out to corporate. Extremely unhappy with this location is an understatement.

I went to Firestone yesterday to check the tires on my wife’s car. Turns out the tires are older than the car, 2014 Ford Focus!! I was told that it is illegal in OR to have tires more than 10 years old. The manager told me that there is a great sale on next weekend! I’ve made the appointment and it will be less than $400 for 4 new tires! I’ve parked it for now!
