Waited 15 minutes In the lobby and not one person came out to help me. Person in the office was talking to his wife and not paying attention to people walking in. So in their lobby I called a different company and left.

These people are beyond incompetent and have zero respect for you or your time. I came in to have a screw in my tire repaired, I was told there were a few people ahead of me, but that I should feel free to "go get some food and return shortly" suggesting that it wouldn't be too long of a repair. Keep in mind no one even took the time to step outside and inspect my tire to assess if it was repairable before happily taking my keys from me.It was not until almost 6 hours later (30min before they closed) that I finally received a call. I was told my tire was not repairable and that I should simply replace all 4 of my tires because I have an AWD vehicle. It was also suspicious that when I returned to pick up my car a mechanic was under my hood tinkering with things, which he promptly stopped the moment I arrived and even left a paper inside my hood. They even had the audacity to tell me "don't worry, we won't charge you today" FOR WHAT?? Keeping my car and keys hostage for almost 6 hours to do absolutely nothing??To put this into perspective I went to Discount Tires the following day and they repaired my tire in under 45min and had exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend them over Firestone for absolutely anything.DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE LAZY IMBECILES!

Pretty good. 4 tires and oil change for $560. Did a good job resetting the TPSR or whatever that is called. It's a busy place, so I recommend leaving the vehicle at the time of the appointment and come back when they call you.

It’s hard not to feel like I was just scammed. I understand being busy I totally do but I never got a call after I dropped my car off around one. I had to show up at 4 and still didn’t get spoken to until 5 I had asked the tech to check certain things while also asking him to replace my headlight bulb. All this person could do was just write down the codes on my receipt and left apparently before I even got back. Again, the phone call would’ve really saved me some time and would’ve allowed me to take my vehicle out so there will be another spot open to move business along, so not only did we not find a solution but the headlight was never replaced just reported that it was bad.on top of the price being $120 if I could give zero stars I would

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Total incompetence, top to bottom. They basically totalled our car, after taking 4 hours longer than quoted. We went in with a small issue and now need a new car. Completely unacceptable.

I brought my car in to have the serpentine belt changed. When making the appointment I was told it would take about 2 hours the process took over 5 hours and we watched the mechanic be extremely rough with the car, pull on the serpentine belt with 2 people, using a crowbar to pull on the belt and hanging his weight on the belt while attempting to get it on. I was told after 5 hours that they may need to keep the car over night (as she complainedthat she wanted to go home). I said that is unacceptable as it has already been several hours and we had no way to get home and to work the following day. The woman at the front desk told me that the mechanic working on my car is extremely slow and if I had brought it in earlier in the day it would have gotten done sooner. The mechanic did not look like he knew what he was doing and struggled with the task. The woman at the front desk began to help him and shortly after they said they were done. When driving the car home there was a very loud sound coming from the engine that was not there before having the car worked on. I took it back in and was told that the engine mount was damaged and was shown that the engine moves when I change gears. I said that this was not an issue before and brought up the aggressive treatment of my car when changing the belt. I was told that there is no way it was that and it had to do with the mileage on my car. This was not an issue at all before bringing my car in. I was told I could bring it in for a 3rd time to confirm this is the issue, but they did not take accountability for them causing the issue and just suggested seeing another mechanic. Devastating to be charged nearly 300$ to have my car in worse condition than before going in to have it worked on. This has been a nightmare situation.

Well maybe the mechanical thins is OK. brakes and aliment but your guys did not put back the tire plate cove correctly and is gone. Before I departed from you chop I called a personal from the shop to fix the problem , because I noted that there were lose . Two people came but they did do nothing because the plate is gone. They were complaining that the plates are plastic yes that's correct, but the plates were on the tires for years and never have a problems with them. My question is are you going to replace the cover because your people didn't put them correctly. Even do I req

Had a 10:00 *appointment* (not a drop off), was told when I scheduled it would take about 90 minutes. They didn't even begin working on our car until 12pm and weren't done until 3pm. 5 hours for a 90 minute appointment.

We bring both of our vehicles here, and have for the last 12 years, for everything unless it's a service they can't complete. This experience started out horrible, but ended up better.I found out the hard way that scheduling an appointment does not guarantee you will get in right away, it just "guarantees your car will be seen that day". That was frustrating. To walk in to an appointment I made a week and a half earlier, only to be told it would be about 3 hours for an oil change because there were still 2 cars ahead of me.There was an associate (who I was not even talking to at the time, I was being helped by a cery nice young lady) who got confrontational and argumentative with me when I asked why do people take the time to schedule appointments, or if it's even worth it, and about running a code check for my check engine light. After the confrontation I decided there are too many other repair shops to deal with someone like him, so I told them to go ahead and cancel my order and I left.On my way to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get the code check done, the manager of the Firestone called me to ask what had happened. He offered to get my car in right away and comp the cost of the oil change. I told him I'm happy to pay for services received, that it was more about the time.I did end up bringing my car back because I really needed an oil change and I was appreciative the manager took the time to reach out.The wait times for services are incredibly long. We often have to plan on leaving our vehicles for more than a day when we need something bigger serviced, and we've had, at times, had to leave our cars more than that. Fortunately we have 2 vehicles to be able to do that!I have continued to come to this Firestone, because it has mostly always been a positive experience! I'm having a oil leak treatment as we speak, in good faith that I believe in second chances and to not let a bad experience with one associate ruin a 12 year relationship with a business, especially when the manager reached out to try to remedy the situation. Fixing the wait-time issue, though, would be much appreciated. It shouldn't take 3 hours for a scheduled oil change appointment, made a week and a half in advance.

Absolutely the most unorganized and brain dead individuals to date! 26 hours to mount and balance 4 tires? Keep in minde I provided the tires and took the rims off the vehicle! After 26 and half hours I then sat at a back door for another 30 minutes so after 27 hours I finally got my tires rolled out the door at me and no help loading. It's obvious no one wants to work anymore but this was ridiculous!

Without a doubt the most incompetent auto care company I have ever interacted with.Do not, under any circumstances, trust these people with your car. Whether it’s a tire rotation, oil change, break check, new tires, balance- NOTHING!Oil all over the driveway from lack of knowledge how to do an oil change, tires almost flew off the car from not putting them on correctly, not honoring appointments, calling us LIARS and then come to find out things actually were wrong with the car due to their lack of doing their job;literally have spent countless hours here to the point we deserve some compensation but have not seen anything. Our time and safety is worth something. This is a very shady, dishonest, and disgraceful company.Additionally,We already spoke to a manager and the issues continue almost weekly from their work on our newer car. So we won’t be speaking to anyone but instead will make sure our voice is heard and no one else will have to deal with this should they choose not to. People deserve to make an informed decision.
