Cashiers were rude and snippy. They had a section of the store labeled at everything for a certain price, and when you go to check out, they still charge you the full price, and make you feel like an idiot for not understanding that it was only the items that had the same color tag as the advertisement, mind you it is not labeled anywhere.

Before leaving a review I checked the rating for Forever 21 in Clackamas in Yelp-2.0. There were complaints about a cashier. Beware of rude and argumentative cashier who at first quotes you one price and then charges you a different price at check out. Not a pleasant environment for shopping.

Forever 21 why do we need to give our email to get a receipt? Sale associate refuse to give me a receipt without giving my email address to her? I think they are just saying this to sell our email address to others. I went there a week later, a different sale associate did not ask for my email address and still gave me a receipt. Shoppers beware!!

Mikaela was very kind when it was our turn to pay at the checkout, we had to go back to change a product, and she told us that we could go to the checkout again without waiting in line. My daughters found several offers and that is the reason why they like this clothing store a lot.

Customer service is very poor u need to talked to ur cashier name LISA she nids more training she doesn't know the word good customer service ...very rude I'm asking help to get the dress I want to buy ,she sees that I can't reach it and about coupon I'm just asking she's being rude to answer me and telling me u should hold ur stuff I will never go back to buy again there staffs not very friendly I won't recommend to buy my friends there !

Forever 21 isn't my favorite store in the mall, but I end up stopping by almost every time because they have cheap, practical clothing in the middle of a lot of stuff that doesn't appeal to me. This location seems a bit less organized than others, and the changing rooms weren't the cleanest. In addition, my boyfriend and I had to wait a while in line even though there were three cashiers. My overall experience wasn't the best, but I did get a couple of cheap tank tops which was all I wanted.

False advertising and zero company integrity. They don’t honor the sale tag price at the counter.
