Made a same day vaccination appointment and the female Asian pharmacist was so kind and efficient despite peak hours! In and out of the store within 30 minutes, very nice, thorough, and helpful staff.

I've had so many issues getting my recurring Rx filled here. Half the time it says it's ready but when I arrive, it's not and I have to come back hours later. It has taken up to 5 days to fill my very common Rx as well. The drive through is ALWAYS broken, which unfortunately for me is a big deal (two little kids that hate getting in and out from car seats).

This pharmacy is significantly better than the Walgreens on 122nd. The pharmacists actually seem to care about you and treat you like a human being. I like getting text updates in my prescriptions. And the drive through is always open. I do think they are probably over worked and understaffed like most places otherwise it works be 5 stars.

In person experiences have gone well. The staff moves through the lines pretty quick, a vaccine appointment went smoothly. Do not wait until you are almost out of medication at any pharmacy. The automated system doesn’t recognize prescription numbers, dob or process refill requests for some reason. Lots of basic meds are shipped in to this location so it will take 2 days or more for refills.

Their automated system is the absolute worst. Doesn’t refill prescriptions or connect you to the pharmacy.

I love using this pharmacy. They are fast with my meds and are always super cool and kind. I call and ask questions a lot, and they are so helpful. Best pharmacy in my town for sure.

I hate self check out. I had two products to buy. One was alcohol so I needed an attendant. It took a while to get them there. Then it said I didn't ring up my one other item but I did. Then it complained I didn't ring it up. It needed an attendant to come again. For TWO items. Wtf. I put my card in and paid and the lady came running after me saying I didn't pay. Well I did. And ya know what if I made a mistake it's BECAUSE I DONY WORK THERE!!! I hate you don't have enough staff. I hate you cut union jobs for this bullshit. They only had two checkers and the lines for those were astronomical. This is getting out of hand.

What more can I say, it is a supermarket It is not the Taj Mahal. The store is clean and fairly well stocked with a lot of variety and all different types of stock. Help is limited and slow. One pet peeve I have with all these places they never have any cashiers and everything's gotta be self check but try to find someone to help you if you have an issue is another story. What are we too cheap to hire help .? you really can't find people to help you if you need it. Just average.
