Brittany in the Deli department is an all-star. About twice the speed and knowledge of her fellow co-workers. I came for potato wedges, while the others said they were out. Brittany had then cooking.

A pharmacy technician put me on hold three times over 12 minutes without a moment to see what investment of time my question would involve.
As soon as I attempted to edge in a word in the second and third instances, the Muzak started playing again.
I understand getting through a physical line when potentially access timers are involved but I think communicating with customers is pretty important if you begin a conversation - I wouldn't have wasted my time had the phone not been answered and had I not been put on hold repeatedly.
When finally achieved contact, the tech was polite and informative albeit not well provisioned in the few seconds I needed to ask a simple question.
Perhaps indicating something to the effect of the wait time involved could have been possible, or anything more than asking ‘can you hold’ once, then dropping the receiver with the hold button toggled every time the Muzak faded and the line rang thereafter.

Don't use this pharmacy to pick up monthly prescriptions. My elderly family members could only use this location out of convenience of location.
Absolutely worst experience with any pharmacy.
Long story short, Brian the pharmacist misinforms about the prescription pick up policies.
Another incident.. Staff also forgets to refill my grandparent's prescription when it's pre-confirmed that it's available via text and in person confirmation from a week before. They tell me I have to come back in 40 minutes, but I had to go back to work and I'm just doing my grandparents a favor. They once told me they needed confirmation within 14 days before. I already confirmed with them in person 7 days ahead and they claimed that no one confirmed anything within 10 days. I already confirmed IN PERSON to save me the trip I had to drive far for a favor for THIS trip. I come back within 5 minutes to ask a question, and the prescription is all of sudden ready. So.. they could've handed that to me earlier?! they lied saying they don't have anything for another 40 minutes? but got it done as soon as I left?!
They all provide misinformation and have people show up to nothing prepared.

It's like no other. Size is cozy if you have trouble talking to your neighbor. This is good for overcoming that, standing in line. You have no options in such cozy lines but to talk to the people next to you. Very unique, and yet it works.

Sometimes there can be a long line what's the staff is always very friendly and eager to help I think they're pretty good

Janette at this pharmacy is so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped walk us through our insurance options and was very efficient. Ada was also very quick and helpful at administering vaccines!

Jeanette at the pharmacy is one of a kind she goes above and behind to help the customer or patient Take’s her time to satisfy everybody the previous staff I wasn’t really satisfied. They always had a long line. Everybody was rude but now Fred Myer should be glad to have somebody like Jeanette working for them. Rest of the staff is just as good but Jeanette different story. I highly recommend Johnson Creek Fred Meyer‘s pharmacy.

I have had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with this pharmacy! I am on a medication that is in short supply nationally, paying out of pocket using a difficult-to-use discount card. The staff has helped me find the medication, quickly informing me if they have encountered a delay. I have had excellent in-person and on-the-phone interactions with multiple staff members.

They almost killed me! I came to this pharmacy for a pneumonia vaccine and moments after administering the shot, I began experiencing anaphylaxis and asked them to call an ambulance. The pharmacist who gave me the shot saw what was happening and LEFT. A young employee desperately tried to help me but didn’t know what to do. She eventually found an epi-pen but by that point my emergency inhalers had kicked in and I could breathe again.They never called an ambulance, the one person certified to assist me… abandoned me, and the staff was clueless as to what to do. “This has never happened before”. I’m just glad I’m fairly young and healthy. I went to the ER after to ask a medical professional if I was ok.I reported the pharmacist to the board of pharmacy but I believe he still works here.If you can stand the hour long line, go ahead and get your prescriptions filled… just don’t get any vaccines here because they aren’t trained to deal with an adverse reaction.
