I come into the store 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening looking to buy some chicken to feed my family and this is what they have at the hot case, this is pathetic, there should be lots of chicken available for people to purchase, when I asked the deli worker he laughed and said oh we stopped to making chicken at 1:00 p.m., so you expect customers to buy your dried jerky chicken for dinner customers? What kind of a business is this?

Sketchy bathroom area. In a dark neglected corner of the store. With all the money being raked in at this location, you think they could put a few bucks into the restrooms.

This Fred Meyer's is poorly run. Selection is limited, items are frequently out of stock. They close all but one exit in the evenings. Often short staffed. Frequently long lines. This evening in particular to check stands open with long lines, only one of the 3 self-service kiosks were open with line going half way back the isel, not even sure why they added a third. New Seasons is a bit more on some items but fully staffed and they open checkstands when lines aprear.

If you say you’re open until 10pm, stay open until 10pm. We arrived this evening at 9:55 to pickup Skittles for my son’s school project, and got turned away. We would have been in and out before many of the shoppers that were there with full carts, but posted hours are not actually honored. Big business doesn’t care about their customers, just the bottom line. If Fred was still around, he would have welcomed us in…

Kathyrn at the fuel station in Happy Valley is amazing. By far has the best customer service ever. She’s always smiling and kind. I purposely make sure I pull into the station she’s tending!
