They literally have 1 cashier here for the whole store and if someone has issues with check out they make the whole line of people wait instead of taking it to customer service. P. S. Next cashier was super rude and told me to bag my own groceries. Wow.

Been a customer for years, shopping here multiple times a week spending countless thousands of dollars at this store. After trying to return a $10 product the day after purchase that will change. That refusal to refund a faulty $10 item will cost them 100 times more in sales from me. I guarantee it.

The store is good, the staff is friendly. But there aren't nearly enough employees. I went to pickup formula and asked an employee to open the locked case. He told me he went to find someone to open it. I waited for fifteen minutes before I left to find someone myself. Couldn't find anyone until the last ten minutes of my shopping experience.

Half an hour in line to return something. Only one customer service person working! When I asked one of a clump of cheerfully chatting managers, she was utterly dismissive toward me.When I was shopping, I couldn’t find *any* assistance.I remember when Fred Meyer had great customer service. Are they getting ready to fail?

Seriously, it is a disappointment with the level of service at the meat department. Several workers and only one cutting meat for customers. No one is helping him. At least 4 over workers that I'm able to see.

I was accused of stealing. Paid for dog food, didn’t grab the receipt. When asked, I went back in to find said receipt. My sister texted me and asked to pick up a couple things, so I walked around. I was confronted by a security guard or maybe a CC sheriff that told me I was stealing and had to leave. I never even left the store! I also wasn’t trying to steal anything. I felt threatened for no reason and was told to leave to store. After shopping at FM for over 20 years, I felt disrespected. Especially when the “security” guy was yelling outside how he caught a shoplifter and made a big scene. Again, I didn’t steal anything, nor tried to. Maybe they don’t like people that aren’t white?

The worst experience ever!!! There was a greeter at the front. Her name is Sharon and she only checks the black people that come in out of there.. I just watched her let several people walk by without grocery bags or receipt. I didn't have a fred Myers grocery bag with me, so I carried my purchase items out. she wanted to check my bag but I had a receipt in hand So I let her look at that but the way she treated me was like I was a criminal in there stealing all Fred Meyer's goods??♀️?? worse feeling ever.

This is a big store, full of stuff. Food stuff, home stuff, garden stuff, electronic stuff, toy stuff, clothing stuff, tool stuff. Most anything you need is here, and if you need help finding your stuff, just ask someone with an apron and a name tag, they're instructed to either take you to it or find someone who can. And they're happy to do it. I work there, so I know. Come get your stuff. ^_^
