Disorganized and messy store with extremely distracted (on their phone) employees with zero regard for the customer. With half a dozen other stores just like it in this one mall, I'm surprised it's still open.

Similar experience with being lied too about a "coupon" Which turned into an subscription I didn't ask for. Calling customer service was a joke. They kept saying they could not locate me by name, email nor phone number. I had plenty of FYE spam emails. I remember giving my email address verbally for that "coupon"When I was describing my bank statement charge I was asked for a 8 digit number. NO SINGLE SEQUENCE HAD 8! Only 6 #'s then like 14 #'s. A supervisor via phone about 30 mins later FINALLY game me my # just so I could then give that back to the representative I was talking to. They lied about me being able to find my own customer # on my charge statement. The last 2 magical numbers are not within the sequence.When I again asked to cancel I was hung up on.I pulled fraud with my bank & cut up my card. I'll never be back as a customer for life.Enjoy going bankrupt!

They will sign you up for their “loyalty” program under the guise of a coupon. What they don’t tell you is that there’s a $12 monthly charge. $12 monthly membership for a mall store? Really? Who does FYE think they are? Costco is $50 a year and you think some toys are worth $144 a year? Best part is the store manager helped me so you can probably guess how the rest of the staff was trained. Hope corporate figures out how you fluff your number…

Manager of the store told my wife and I about discount card we could sign up for. She said it's not a credit card or anything like that. I even asked her if there were any hidden costs in which she said there were not. We gave our information and paid for our merchandise with a debit card which she said we had to use. Once we completed our transaction she then told us it would be a $11.99 charge a month. We feel scammed as she didn't say anything about a charge until after the transaction. She lied to me when I asked about hidden charges when she was describing the program. She refused to cancel our membership and told me to call a number. I called the number and couldn't get through to a rep that day. This business runs on bad faith. They should tell people right at the beginning that there will be a charge.

FYE is a lot of fun, varied items from music to socks to ramen to rock candy even. Lots of fun! Decent prices on tshirts, hoodies, good sales!

Asked if I had signed up for email rewards. Couldn't remember if I did or not so they typed it in. Turns out I did not. Did not sign up but employee submitted my email for the mailing list anyway even though I said I didn't want to.Store shelves always empty and they don't do price matches.

I encountered the male employee with cashier #518943((Ticket number 30807))who was very rude, hostile, and condescending.My family went into FYE to get family-friendly merchandise but to only be “helped” by somebody who is only full of negativity and lack of any kindness whatsoever.The cashier #518943 should not work in the public with people. They are a mean spirited & an overall unkind human.

My friends and I went in to look for a birthday gift. We were curious on how much a Captain American Shield was that was hanging above the registers because my partner loves Marvel. My friend asked and the response from the worker was “That’s not in your price range” I have 5 years of retail experience +3 of the those years as a supervisor and that is not at all appropriate. I had to literally walk away while laughing because of how ridiculous that was. Most likely my last time at this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Most FYE stores are overpriced in general, and this is no exception. It also seemed to not have much to offer in terms of general merchandise as it was a bit empty when I came in, though the vinyl selection was fairly solid for a mall store.

They had a nice selection of K-POP albums to choose from, even smaller and less popular groups like CIX and AB6IX. My problem was that the albums seemed to be WAYY overpriced. LESSERAFIM's 'Antifragile' album is priced at $22 on Weverse, the official website to buy HYBE artist (and a few others) merchandise and albums, but they were charging I believe $45.99 for the album. It's more than double the price and I understand you have to make profit too, but I think it's a bit much for something like an album. My friend and I just looked around and ended up just walking out.

Shopping here is great! I loved this store as a kid and was so happy to see it back in the mall!Working here, however, was a nightmare. When I showed up for my first shift at the designated time, all of the managers were in a meeting call. I stood there for at least an hour or two before the meeting finally ended for the manager to get to me. She didn’t even offer an apology. Once she did get to me though, we did paperwork, computer work, all the generic stuff, but then she pretty much just left me on my own again. I was so confused what I was even supposed to be doing… i kid you not I worked like a 6 hour shift and literally was just bored out of my mind trying to FIND things to do, but after cleaning the store spotless Over and over, I quickly ran out of things to do. I basically tried to start just window shopping just to pass the time. i was also balancing this job with another and told them my schedule at the other job. The manager scheduled me all the days I was supposed to be working at the other job despite that. I told her I couldn’t work those days and she said it’s gonna be hard to find someone to cover me. …Hard to find someone to cover me? I haven’t even been here one day, and you’re already relying on me this heavily? I haven’t worked one shift and you’re telling me this place is gonna fall apart without me? She did end up clearing those days for me, but she did so begrudgingly, like I was inconveniencing HER.I was given no respect as a worker… so I saw no reason to show respect back. I finished my first shift, quit silently and never returned. Got voicemails from the manager acting all confused. I’m shocked that it wasn’t obvious.

I visited this Clackamas FYE store today and bought a couple shirts for my Disneyland trip, I just wanted to say one thing about this place... the customer service is top notch! I was dying from running all over the mall, getting ripped off by the malls water bottle machine, I was a hot mess and the guys at FYE made cardboard fans and fanned me as I paid for my things! I felt like a sweaty goddess! Thanks guys!
