I had a great experience at this location. I was there looking to buy a fridge. Overall the folks there were amazing, especially Candace Ledingham-Ramos was super helpful and patient with all my questions. She walked me through the different options of fridges as well as delivery options. Additionally the manager, Eric , was also extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to go there for my next purchase!

I can't give it 5 stars, but it's a good garden center for getting materials and standard landscaping greenery. Prices aren't the best, and they often show they have stuff online, but when you get there , they don't, and only offer excuses for their logistical faults.

Clown show. I would give zero stars if I could. Called ahead to make sure they had Black Mulch. Yes, I was told 197 bags. Less then an hour later I arrive to find zero bags. The kid at the cashier desk says there's some in the parking lot. I roll my large cart out to find zero. I go to customer service where I was met by a surly lady who was less then helpful complaining about other employees. As I turn to leave there was no " wait sir I'm going to help you. Nothing. It's no wonder they are always hiring. Terrible Customer Service.

I went in to rent a cleaner. I get home it's missing a part to clean with. I call tell them it is. Dude says everything that comes with it is in the box . Well this part isn't and says it comes with it that's why I rented it. He repeats everything that comes with it is in the box. I said ok got off the phone. I call back and ask what time they open in the morning cause I'm bringing it back it is no use to me without the cleaning part that it says it comes with he said what time they opened then just hung up on me . Disrespectful little pos ! They need to teach there employee some respect ! So looks like I'll be going to Lowe's from now on !

Well. That was a fantastic waste of nearly two months and many more hours of my time than I would like to think about. What started off as as simple carpet installation turned into a very frustrating ordeal. The Home Depot system is broken and if you are considering having any kind of installation I would reconsider your options and get more quotes. After this epic fail on the behalf of Home Depot we have taken our business elsewhere and are relieved to be working with other skilled, professional and knowledgeable businesses that can get things done in a timely manner. The price difference wasn't even that much and I had initially went with Home Depot thinking it would be cheaper. After speaking with other people about this I was surprised to learn that a lot of others have had similar experiences. Proceed with caution.

I couldn't get anyone to help me in millworks (windows and doors). I called the store to see if they could send someone back to help me. The phone at the desk I was sitting at rang and rang. No one came to answer it.I wen to the service desk and they called for someone who could help me order a window. No one responded. They called for a manager. No one responded.I went back to millworks and finally called Home Depots competition. I completed the order over the phone and have to go there to sign since it's a custom order.Sad that Home Depot is losing its edge. They used to be pretty good at customer service. Maybe they will go the same way as Montgomery Wards, or Sears, or...the list is endless of has been companies who used to be good stores.

Never order items from Home Depot that are not in stock! I ordered doors because they provided a delivery date at the time of order. That date was changed over a dozen times. It has been two months since the delivery date and the doors have still not arrived. I called the store and they said I could call the manufacturer myself. The team offered no help and no remorse. I attempted to leave a negative review on their website, but they decided not to post it. Home Depot's customer service has seriously declined. Very negative experience!!!

I usually go to the Oregon City location (bad reviews here), but I was in the area and used their website to find the item and price. Picked it up, although I needed help to find the correct item. Folks up front were very helpful and on the floor, too. The employees seem a little friendlier and less stressed out in the morning, than later in the day.

On 3/18/21, I ordered countertops to be installed in my house for $1,880.00. I paid that in full right then. There was no mention of additional costs.On 5/1/21 a husband and wife team came to install my countertops and the largest piece was cut a foot too short so they left, with my kitchen countertops removed so I had nowhere to set my appliances or asny countertop to use to cook. They said they'd try to get someone back out when they could; possibly in a few weeks. I was furious.2 weeks later, on 5/13/21, the husband and wife team came back and finished installing my countertops. On 6/18/21, I received a letter stating that I owe an addt'l amount of $593.00 for the disconnect and reconnect of my sink. That is absurd! I did not agree to that and it was nowhere in my contract! I think it is incredibly dishonest to charge a person for a service, after the fact, that they did not agree to.I spent $3,643.35 on carpet and installation through Home Depot and thousands more on appliances and supplies and plants. I was a good customer. But, now, they have sent me to a collection agency. I will pay the amount, in my own sweet time - but I feel bamboozled and like Home Depot ripped me off.I always preferred Home Depot because of their patriotism to our vets (which I've heard they've made more difficult for older vets to use because ones like my father do not have a smart phone and they cannot get a discount without the app) but I have an Ace Hardware and Lowes just as close to me and can start shopping there.

Great quality, BUT I was disturbed to find out that the nursery supplying the plants does not allow plants to go on clearance; instead they have to throw away all leftover and damaged plants. Seems like a lot of waste, and it's always my feeling that living things should have a chance to live

Placing the order for delivery was a hassle. Online did not have sizing that we could get when ordering from the inside the store. That took some hopping from desk to desk as we were told, "my computer won't let me do that here. Got to..." We were helped by a caring person who kept being interrupted with questions and general banter by her coworker as she was setting up our order.We asked about adding to our order later... the caring person said it could be handled. Trying to do so was, again, a hassle as we bounced from person to person on the phone. It was not very clear, but we worked it out on our own that Home Depot will cancel your order and make a brand new one with the added items. Fine, fine - but all seemed to not want to use the word "cancel" as they only responded with - "no, you cannot add items to your order". Geesh. Obvious issues with management at this place. I get a vibe of many unhappy associates here. The delivery was GREAT! Very helpful getting it dropped where we wanted it. Good communication. THANK YOU!!
