WORST FADE EVER!
Asked for a fade and the lady said I should do something else I insisted on doing what I came in for not what she said. I asked if she could do a fade and I guess she took it wrong because now my hair looks like I got into a fight with clippers in the dark. That’s what I get for trying to save time going somewhere else.

I have been going to this great clips for almost a decade now. I go between shaving my head and growing it out a couple inches on top. I get hair cuts very frequently and have had every stylist here cut my hair. I always get compliments on my hair and people are surprised I go to a Great Clips. The management team here makes sure to hire talented hair stylists. The manager Jay is super talented and I barely have to tell him what I want he can tell the moment I sit down.
My sister has long hair and also agrees that this GC location is the best in the area.

This is the 2nd (and last) time they butched my hair and refused to listen to what I wanted because apparently they know what is best for my hair, regardless of what i asked for. Today I very specifically stated I did not want any length taken off, I did not like what they did last time and I just wanted some face framing layers cut in but she insisted she had to fix the back and by the time she was done hacking my off there really isnt anything left to layer or frame my face with. 1st picture is from a couple nights ago, sad emoji pic is 20 minutes post haircut. She did the exact opposite of what i wanted.

The black girl work there she don't know anything about hair cut , imagine hair cut with machine 10 minutes $23 , she ruined my hair too fast , everywhere in the world hair cut take between 20 to 40 minutes but there take few moments, i am from chicago professional people there and cost between 10 and 15$ , big difference

I went in today, to have my hair cleaned up and was greeted with a very happy staff. I wish I could remember the guys name that gave me my cut. Sorry, dude. But I left very happy and was given tips on how to care for my curly-unruly hair.

The worst haircut I have ever had! Way too short, it looks horrible. Medford Great Clips never cut my hair this short, been going there for 2 years for a number 6 cut and it's never looked like this cut. Absolutely horrible!! I never wears hats, looks like I will be for the next month! I have never been this upset, and angry. No wonder there was no wait!

Clearly no experience cutting long straight hair so much that she didn't even know how to brush it correctly. She used a paddle brush, created nests all over my hair and proceeded to brush them out to point of pulling them out. I lost so much hair in the 2 minutes I spent in that chair and left with almost tears in my eyes. I asked her to use a big comb, she ignored me, I asked her for detangler, she ignored me and continue to create knots when there were non to begin with!!! I even washed, applied detangler, and arrived with brushed wet hair to make it easy. Don't not go here unless you need clippers to cut your hair. Absolutely terrible.
