Ive never been more upset about a haircut, I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to get my bangs cut and showed the woman a picture, she cut an uneven straight line and even left many strands long and in cut. I attempted to fix it at home, it’s better but I still can’t go into public for the next few weeks until they grow out a bit. Not to mention that the lady said my hair would reach just below my shoulders when it is in fact above them, who knew that wet hair is slightly longer then when dry. I want a refund. I will show my hair and the picture I showed for reference. Should’ve never let my hair be cut by someone with pigtails and a bowl cut

The employees need to follow the list as the names come in. First come, first serve. They favor people that walk in when they have an online system to follow. The 2 ladies that were working today do not follow policies of Great Clips. I put my name in at 9:45am with a 90min wait time. After 60min my wait time was 78min. My name was jumping from 5th to 9th to 10th. It showed people that were checked in moving ahead of my name on the list. Horrible staff that have no regard to the list. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Friendly staff, I didn’t get the name of my hair cutter. She was friendly did exactly what I asked, I have anxiety getting haircuts but felt comfortable there, that is saying a lot!! I will def go back there!!

My wife went in on veterans Day for her complimentary haircut. She was treated most kindly and with tremendous respect. Her hair styling was absolutely beautiful and she mentioned how the stylist did everything perfectly! Great clips is a wonderful business concept, and it's still remains affordable for all.
