I came in for a DeWalt Battery Operated Sprayer and it was not in the location where the HOme Depot App stated. I requested assistance and the team found it on the top shelf and had to fork lift it down. Lawrence made sure I made it to check out with 5 minutes to spare before closing. Lawrence even offered me a discount for the wait time, however my Veteran's discount was enough for me but the effort and offer was more than enough! That kind of customer service is makes the difference.

Clown show. I would give zero stars if I could. Called ahead to make sure they had Black Mulch. Yes, I was told 197 bags. Less then an hour later I arrive to find zero bags. The kid at the cashier desk says there's some in the parking lot. I roll my large cart out to find zero. I go to customer service where I was met by a surly lady who was less then helpful complaining about other employees. As I turn to leave there was no " wait sir I'm going to help you. Nothing. It's no wonder they are always hiring. Terrible Customer Service.

I went in to rent a cleaner. I get home it's missing a part to clean with. I call tell them it is. Dude says everything that comes with it is in the box . Well this part isn't and says it comes with it that's why I rented it. He repeats everything that comes with it is in the box. I said ok got off the phone. I call back and ask what time they open in the morning cause I'm bringing it back it is no use to me without the cleaning part that it says it comes with he said what time they opened then just hung up on me . Disrespectful little pos ! They need to teach there employee some respect ! So looks like I'll be going to Lowe's from now on !

Well. That was a fantastic waste of nearly two months and many more hours of my time than I would like to think about. What started off as as simple carpet installation turned into a very frustrating ordeal. The Home Depot system is broken and if you are considering having any kind of installation I would reconsider your options and get more quotes. After this epic fail on the behalf of Home Depot we have taken our business elsewhere and are relieved to be working with other skilled, professional and knowledgeable businesses that can get things done in a timely manner. The price difference wasn't even that much and I had initially went with Home Depot thinking it would be cheaper. After speaking with other people about this I was surprised to learn that a lot of others have had similar experiences. Proceed with caution.

I couldn't get anyone to help me in millworks (windows and doors). I called the store to see if they could send someone back to help me. The phone at the desk I was sitting at rang and rang. No one came to answer it. I wen to the service desk and they called for someone who could help me order a window. No one responded. They called for a manager. No one responded. I went back to millworks and finally called Home Depots competition. I completed the order over the phone and have to go there to sign since it's a custom order. Sad that Home Depot is losing its edge. They used to be pretty good at customer service. Maybe they will go the same way as Montgomery Wards, or Sears, or...the list is endless of has been companies who used to be good stores.

Never order items from Home Depot that are not in stock! I ordered doors because they provided a delivery date at the time of order. That date was changed over a dozen times. It has been two months since the delivery date and the doors have still not arrived. I called the store and they said I could call the manufacturer myself. The team offered no help and no remorse. I attempted to leave a negative review on their website, but they decided not to post it. Home Depot's customer service has seriously declined. Very negative experience!!!

I usually go to the Oregon City location (bad reviews here), but I was in the area and used their website to find the item and price. Picked it up, although I needed help to find the correct item. Folks up front were very helpful and on the floor, too. The employees seem a little friendlier and less stressed out in the morning, than later in the day.

i order mirrors and other items online and it says they have 19 in stock. then i get a voicemail that says they don't have it and cancel all items on the order. HD doesn't even offer to mention a similar product, instead just cancel and leave a voicemail. i've been going to this store since buying my house and each time its been poor customer service, it's as if they don't think about the customer and next steps to help them. this is my last purchase...off to LOWE's.

I'm always lost when I come in (and often when I leave) but tonight Brandon helped me in flooring and I wasn't lost anymore. He answered all of my questions (really basic questions because I don't know anything about flooring) and gave me enough of a handle on it all to make a choice. Much appreciated.

DO NOT BUY A FRIDGE HERE! We bought a LG fridge from Home Depot that lasted less than 4 years. A serviceman came out and said that he didn't have the tools to fix the leak. After spending 4 hours on the phone Home Depot they said they would only refund us $700 for what we paid $2300 for (we have receipts), our warranty we paid extra for was just a service plan (not fully disclosed at purchase), and that legally we can go 60 days without a fridge for them to fix it.

This has to be the worse place to rent or buy rental tools Do Not buy any used tools from this guys just fucking buy it new this guys are straight rip off I will report it to bbb there manager act like they work for like a big company there just minions I can't believe after all the money I spent in this fucking outrage over price Place there not willing to help you out I bought a rental tool from this old ff.. that works there He was like yeah works great I just tested it my ass didn't work I gonna not only my company but all my contacts to take there business some place else I spend lots of money there but not no more Ripp offff we work hard for our money corporations little peons
