Had a great experience here. Arrived around 9AM and was out by 9:45AM. As with all Jiffy Lubes there is an attempt to upsell other maintenance options, but I felt this location did a great job of respecting my limits and providing fast, courteous service.

Work was done swiftly and the gentleman who helped me was very kind and courteous. He found a $25 coupon for me, but it would be great if you had senior discounts (which I asked him about). I misunderstood the cost of the service I received, but, figured the price was worth it to get my car in good shape. As with everything, prices are going up everywhere, and the sticker shock was a bit overwhelming. Overall I always come back!

Got my oil changed and it was very quick and the staff were nice. They offered me upgrades but did not put pressure on me to buy them all which I appreciated. Will be going here again for my next oil change!

My review is of the head mechanic, not of other staff or the oil change service. He was in a bad mood and taking it out on others around him. I went in for an oil change and asked to have the reader used to read the code for why my check engine light was on. A young man couldn’t get a read. The head mechanic barked at him right in front of me “tell her it’s $65 per half hour to figure out which fuse is out”. I was standing right next to him. He could have turned to me and talked to me directly. Other issues were that the mechanic pulled out my cabin air filter and tore it in half. It was in bad shape but there was no reason to tear it in half and not give me the option to keep it and replace it myself. I was so rattled by the behavior that I stopped work and left with just the oil change. I would not recommend this shop for anything other than oil changes due to the bad attitude of the head mechanic. I did tell the oil change manager that he seemed upset and it was concerning and his response was “he’s just like that”.

From the second I pulled into the bay for an oil change, my car was besieged by an army of technicians, all happily determined to provide every service imaginable. I could not have been more satisfied.

I usually don't leave reviews but I had such a bad experience I had to. There was a bearded guy who was very obviously upset with someone when I arrived. Very short and condescending with responses. Stopped guiding me over the pit and was upset at me when I was misaligned. Left right after and went to the oil change place down the street and had a great experience. Found a new regular spot.
