I specifically told them I only wanted an oil change last time, and Paris said she would do just that. Lies. The girl charged me for this and that and my simple oil change ended up being almost $200 dollars. I found out they replaced a filter that didn't need to be replaced; but did it anyways with out my permission. Very conniving and condescending they are. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again.

Young lady was very good at letting me know what my vehicle maintenance should be according to manufacturers recommendations, and she got me what I consider to be a great price for service preformed. Everything done to my vehicle looked good
Will be going back and looking for that same employee for future business

Last week I added oil to my car and when I checked the dipstick I saw I had accidentally overfilled which I know can cause a lot of issues. I took it by this Jiffy Lube not knowing if they would be willing to drain without doing an oil change (which I had done recently, and not at Jiffy Lube). They were super friendly, reminded me that when you get oil changes through them you can get a free top off so you don't have to do it yourself. And then they drained my oil to the proper level, checked all my fluid levels, and my tire pressure -- all Free of charge! I was so grateful and made me want to come back when I do need an oil change next time!

Went in for an oil change since I needed one really badly. Service was excellent and I had a very positive experience. Wanted to shout out Matthew C, Kevin D, Timothy A and especially Paris N. Paris went above and beyond and was even kind enough to clean out my interior that had plant debris and pine needles. Definitely going to come to this location and request these mechanics in the future. Thank you for the piece of mind.

This Jiffy Lube team is awesome. Super knowledgeable, thorough, kind and fair prices. Kevin the manager and Paris the supervisor run a fabulous location. Highly recommend this team.

Excellent experience. Paris was wonderful, and very informative. Front brakes and oil change were done within 25 minutes.

The manager Jimmy here is the most inappropriate disrespectful guy I've ever dealt with, he did give me all my services for free but then started hitting on me, after knowing him only a month he started using drugs and then got caught just a couple blocks away from his shop, spray painting foul words on my vehicle! Do Not trust this guy ! He is literally a dangerous man and I don't even think he actually serviced my car at all! I hope jiffy lube makes better choices on who they hire in the future ?

Took my 2018 Honda Civic in for an oil change. That all went fine, but they tried to tell me that two of my tires were worn out and I needed to replace them. They said there wasn't enough tread left. But, what they didn't know is that I had just come from Les Schwab, where I had my studded tires swapped out. The report from Les Schwab stated I had plenty of tread left. These places are notorious for lying to pad their sales. After a previous issue with a different Jiffy Lube, I will not be taking my car back to them or any other.. Quick lube place. I will happily make an appointment and pay a bit extra to get an oil change from an actual mechanic. I regret going there now, and would advise you just stick with an actual mechanic.
