I give this place a negative rating, Drove the car off the lot 30 mins later broke down. They have very poor communication and did not end up fixing my vehicle.

I got a great deal on a great car here BUT be aware that these cars are often (if not always) sold directly from auction. So do your due diligence and check out the vehicle thoroughly before purchasing. Owner/ salesman has a troublesome attitude but I don't post less than 5 stars so there you have it.

Very disappointing dealership. Was in contact with owner for 2 days for a trade in. Drove 40 mins away just to be told they aren't taking trade in right now after being told multiple times yes please bring it in and we will do a trade in. This place is a joke. Don't go here if you want a good vehicle or don't want your time wasted.i had my time and gas completed wasted

Attention to the entire "LATINO COMMUNITY OF OREGON" (Porland and its surroundings) The owners of this dealer are LIARING and ADVANTAGEOUS RACISTS.
Our recommendation is that you do not go shopping at this place, we had a terrible experience in that place, the day we went to see the cars, the owner's daughter-in-law and her son came out to help us, they showed us the cars, everything looked good, the car that we liked, they told us that the engine worked very well, that the daughter-in-law drove all the cars, checking that they would work well and that they had done service (oil change) we realized that there were parts missing from the seat belts and she said The son who had them saved and there was no extra cost would find them and put them on. We filled out papers, we did everything corresponding from the finance company to the advance that the dealer asked us for, they did not want to move the car at all until the finance company requested it. The moment the car moved was because the GPS needed to be set, they handed me the car in a despotic and rude manner as if I had requested it as a gift, that day not even a good morning greeting, plus at the last minute they wanted more money ? as an advance payment, they delivered the car to me in a very clean condition, before filling out paperwork they had promised to clean it, clean seats, carpet and wash it and that was not the case, they delivered the car too dirty, with electrical problems, the mirrors did not move, The air conditioning did not work, when we went to choose it apparently everything worked well, that day September 18, 2023 I went to the financial company to sign, September 19, 2023 we went to a place where we drove for 25 minutes and another few minutes in the same way I returned home, then before noon we drove the car again for 10 more minutes, after half a day I left the house (around Porland), I had traveled approximately 111 miles, just passed the town of CANYONVILLE, OREGON when I heard a strange noise In the car, I stopped right at mile 93 to check the vehicle, I noticed that it was not working and was making a strange and loud noise. So I called the insurance company to have them come get the car, at that time I thought it was something simple, a part or something similar, I also notified the dealer so they knew they were referring to it being the battery, the mechanic arrived and immediately mentioned that the Engine was no longer working, we spoke to the dealer again to report the situation and they immediately distanced themselves, they said it was not their problem, the insurance company took the vehicle to a CANYONVILLE workshop called HY TECH AUTO REPAIR. I let the dealer know what the procedure would be and with a very rude attitude on the phone he told me that it was not his problem again, the lady CRISTINA who attended us at all times behaved very rude, racist and without any desire to reach out to us. an agreement, which leads us to file this report, neither and it is not surprising that she does not want to return my down payment of $1,400 dlls, this lady the only thing she does is yell at us on the phone, she gets upset because we try to reconcile and hangs up on us on repeatedly, one of her justifications is that according to what I was already with the car in California, but since the car has GPS at this point she already knows that I never left Oregon and she looks at the miles I traveled, so we are demanding our money back, since in Oregon there is a law that says that until you pay the first month of the car to the finance company, until then it is yours while it remains the dealer's, so we want our down payment and the ENTIRE LATIN COMMUNITY DO NOT BUY HERE IT IS PLUS NO ONE FROM ANY COMMUNITY!!!! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GO CHECK THEM AT THE BBB-Better Business Bureau, THESE TYPE OF BUSINESS SHOULD NOT EXIST, SCAMMERS AND SUCKERS. They abuse the needs of customers. Atencion a toda la "COMUNIDAD LATINA DE OREGON " (Porland y sus alrededores) Los dueños de este dealer son RACISTAS MENTIROSOS y VENTAJOSOS.Nuestra recomendación es que no vayan a comprar a este lugar, tuvimos una pésima experiencia en ese lugar, el día que fuimos a ver los carros salio atendernos la nuera de la dueña y el hijo, nos ensenaron los carros, todo se veia bien, el carro que nos gusto nos dijeron que el motor funcionaba muy bien, que la nuera manejaba todos los autos, checando que funcionarán bien y que le habian hecho servicio (cambio de aceite) nos dimos cuenta que le faltaban piezas en los cinturones de seguridad y dijo el hijo que las tenia guardadas y no habia costo extra que las buscaria y se las pondria. Llenamos papeles, hicimos todo lo correspondiente desde la financiera hasta el anticipó que nos pidio el dealer, ellos no querían mover para nada el carro hasta que no se lo solicitara la financiera. El momento en que el carro se movió fue por que se requeria poner el gps, me entregaron el carro de una manera déspota y grosera como si lo hubiera solicitado regalado, ese día ni siquiera un saludo de buenos días, además de último minuto querían más dinero como anticipo, me entregaron el carro en condiciones de limpieza nada gratas, antes de llenar papeles nos habian prometido limpiarlo, limpiar asientos, alfombra y lavarlo y no fue asi entregaron el carro demaciado sucio, con problemas electricos no se movian los espejos, no servía el aire acondicionado, cuando nosotros fuimos a escogerlo aparentemente todo funcionaba bien, ese día 18 de septiembre 2023 fui a la financiera a firmar, 19 Septiembre 2023 fuimos a un asunto a un lugar donde manejamos 25 minutos y otros minutos de igual manera de regreso a casa, después antes de medio día volvimos a manejar el carro 10 minutos más total, después de medio día salí de casa (alrededor de Porland), llevaba aproximadamente 111millas recorridas acaba de pasar el poblado de CANYONVILLE, OREGON cuando escuche un ruido raro en el carro, pare justo en la milla 93 para checar el vehículo, mire que no funcionaba y hacia un ruido extraño y fuerte. Así que llame a la aseguranza para que vinieran por el carro, en ese momento creía que era algo sencillo de una pieza o algo semejante, también avisé al dealer para que supieran ellos hacían referencia que era la batería, llegó el mecánico y de inmediato menciona que el Motor ya no servía, volvimos hablar al dealer para informar la situación y de inmediato se deslindaron, dijeron que no era su problema, la aseguradora llevo el vehículo a un taller de CANYONVILLE llamado HY TECH AUTO REPAIR. Le avise al dealer que si cuál sería el procedimiento y con una actitud muy grosera en el telefono me dijo que no era su problema nuervamente, la señora CRISTINA que en todo momento nos atendió se comporto muy grosera, racista y sin afán de querer llegar a un acuerdo, lo cual nos lleva a poner este reporte, tampoco y no es de sorprender no me quiere regresar mi enganche de $1,400 dlls, esta señora lo úrico que hace es gritarnos por teléfono se molesta porque tratamos de conciliar y nos cuelga el teléfono en repetidas ocasiones, una de las justificaciones de ella es que según ya me encontraba con el carro en California, pero como el carro trae GPS a esta altura ya sabe que nunca salí de Oregon y se mira las millas que recorrí, así que le estamos exigiendo nuestro dinero de regreso, ya que en Oregon hay una Ley que dice que hasta que pagues el primer mes del carro a la financiera hasta entonces es tuyo mientras sigue siendo del dealer, así que queremos nuestro enganche y a TODA LA COMUNIDAD LATINA NO COMPREN AQUI ES MAS NADIE DE NINGUNA COMUNIDAD!!!! ESTA GENTE DEBE DE IR A CHECARLOS EL BBB-Better Business Bureau, NO DEBEN DE EXISTIR ESTE TIPO DE NEGOCIOS, ESTAFADORES Y VIVIDORES. Abusan de la necesidad de los clientes. CERO DE CALIFICACION, REGRESEN EL DINERO ESTAFADORES. TENEMOS PRUEBAS DEL MECANICO QUE ESE MOTOR NO SERVIA, NO DURO NI 24 HORAS ESE CARRO.

Do not, do not, do not buy from here without getting whatever car your looking at checked by your own trusted mechanic or even two. Bought a car that was working okay for the first few weeks, i took it in, cracked rim, very worn brakes unsafe (they wouldnt let me leave without fixing it) major coolant and oil leaks i just found after a few months. Poured coolant in and it all went straight out the bottom of the car. They seem cool but they jist want their money and try to make you take a very expensive warrenty because they already know what problems the car has. I was fooled, dont let yourself be.
Edit: just emailed them wondering when my registration and all that will be done, turns out deq wasnt done on the car (which was not disclosed to me) and it will not pass because it has a modified exhaust. Save yourself the trouble and just ignore this place.
New edit based on their response: i was not told at all that deq wasnt done or that i needed to do it. I just got a new vehicle(obviously not from here ?) and they sent me plates and registration no problem, no mention of deq at all during the process. Good luck because im going to keep responding ?trying to tell me i "forgot or didnt feel like doing it" great way of telling your customers how you treat them, blame the customer for everything. ? what a shady a$$ business

Bought a car and a few months later the trans was shot- thought it was just bad luck till my partners coworker got a car here and with in weeks was needed more work done to it then the car was worth. I know its a risk buying a used car but that feels wrong. Also took them months to mail the title to me.

People, who financed a car for me. and in the end the computer was of no use to him. It was expensive for me, apart from the fact that I invested about 4,000 thousand and then it was no longer useful, and the plates were not even from the car and until now I owe the financial company gave them 9,000 plus 4,000 thousand that I said, they are first-rate thieves, don't trust them much ? ????

Apparently I need to state the dissatisfaction I had when on this lot last weekend. It was a mess, cars are parked in such a mess and the pictures used on Facebook ads do not reflect what the car actually looks like. Staff was not very friendly. Do not plan on ever returning to consider any purchase from this lot.
