“I have been coming here for years and didn’t know that in order to drop off my laundry. It had to be prepaid. There is not an option to pay at pick up. I think that should be noted on the door.”

“I've had a great experience at this place twice! the second time, i needed my clothes dry cleaned for a trip, i came in on a thursday, but i didn't realize that between my work hours and the store hours and my flight, i wouldnt be able to pick it up. the owner told me he would take care of it in two days and to pick it up on saturday. thank you so much ????”
“I took my vintage silk suit for a gentle dry cleaning and they explained me the process. It was a bit of a gamble to clean a fragile silk garment. I was warned about the results and because some of the seams got popped loose, the tailor went ahead and stitched the lining back for me. It was not necessary at all but she was very kind for doing it. She also did not charge me extra for her work! I will take all my business there from now on. I am glad I gave this place a try after trying the other local dry cleaners. Service is great and VERY friendly overall.”

“We travel over to West Linn to this specific shopping center because it houses our Walmart grocery pickup service location. This particular neighborhood style Walmart has impeccable customer service, always extremely prompt and delivering my order to the car, always extremely friendly, the area is very secure, and probably most importantly, it's really clean and there are no homeless anywhere to be seen. Feel very safe with the back end of my car open. Other businesses UPS, oil change place, are other spot-on places we use. Two thumbs up to the people that operate this location, because like I said before it's safe.”
“Great place to go to do laundry late at night everybody's really nice the staff is professional only bad thing I could really say about this place is about a week ago I was there and my friend add a whole load of whites taking it out of the wash there was nowhere to be found told the staff about and they basically said that in order for anything to be done for the cameras to be looked at I got to file a police report and it was presented in a way like they had already made the assumption that I wasn't going to report it to the police well they were right cuz I don't call the police but it would be nice if they seemed a little more concerned and maybe at least lied to me and told me they were going to try to get on the cameras and hold whoever did that accountable because that's just so morally and ethically wrong Tibby stealing somebody's laundry like that anyways besides all that I got nothing bad to say about the place”

Extremely clean place. The dryers work fast!! You can use your debit card but there's also a change machine. They have detergent packets for $1.25 that work great. Plus a drink and snack vending machine.”

“SAVED THE WEDDING DAY. BRIDESMAID DRESS NIGHTMARE. I was bridesmaid #1 in my best friends wedding this summer with a gorgeous dusty blue chiffon dress, set to stand right beside my beautiful best friend. At 9am I hung my dress up on a tall wood rmoire (which was recommended by the day of coordinator as she noted it was the go to dress steaming spot) and I began steaming the back of my dress that I had yet to finish. As I went to turn my dress around, to my HORROR- the front of my dress was STUCK to the wood rmoire. I peeled the delicate chiffon off the wood and saw dark wood stain all over the front and center of my bridesmaid dress that I needed to be wearing in 5 hours. I called every cleaners in the area without luck being told their stain specialist wasn't in on Saturdays and they would not be able to complete a job that quick. Isaac answered my call to Swan Cleaners and immediately told me he would clear his schedule, to bring it in as fast as possible. Not only would he be working on my dress, but also his father and stain specialist. I raced my dress to them by 10:30 and the dress was back in my hands looking better than I left it, without a stain in sight, freshly pressed by 1:30PM!!! Isaac and his team were professional, compassionate, and approached my emergency with the urgency it required. I am forever grateful to Swan Cleaners for saving my best friends wedding day and allowing me to keep my #1 bridesmaid spot! I will take any and all of my future dry cleaning to Swan's. They deliver when you need them most. Thank you Isaac and team!!!!”

“My first time here and I am very happy with the washing machines and dryers, the washing machines spin so fast that it almost dried my clothes and the dryer starts off at $1.50 and with one cycle my clothes were super dry, the attendants keeps the place very clean, this part of the neighborhood isn’t the best but the laundromat was very clean and tidy, now the super star of the whole establishment is a wonderful lady named Nora, she was very helpful,polite and friendly and talking with her just made this place very easy to go to over other laundromats, I definitely recommend this laundromat.”
“This is the cheapest Laundromat around the area as far as actual pricing goes, the machines are all on the older side but for the most part they're all in good working order (as long as you don't overfill).
It's never been too busy or crowded; it's not one of those Laundromat's that you feel afraid of leaving your belongings unattended or need to bring a body guard at. ?
Their customer service has always been great. As far as the individual workers; they've always been friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was in a safe environment.”

“Very friendly woman who I assume was the owner. I took some clothes in that I spilled cooked pork juice onto that got super greasy and smelled strongly of pork. She was able to get the oil out, and after wearing and washing the clothes again I haven't noticed the smell.”

“The soap dispenser ate my quarters, but I called the number and someone actually answered. There was a lady working here who helped me. Plus they have a bathroom and wi-fi. The cost to wash is a tiny bit high, but the services provided more than make up for that! Great place! I only wish there were more chairs to sit in while the clothes washed.”
