I always have such a great time here! Employees are kind and attentive. I have had awesome experiences with them and the manager in particular. They are quick to make suggestions and offer samples so you can figure out what you like without having to commit to a full size. They will sit and help you find what you are looking for without rushing you. I love how they are an ethical company with awesome products and scents, I’ve slowly been transitioning all my self care products to LUSH because of the quality. I love supporting a store that cares about the environment, their employees, and their customers. The effort they put in is truly noticeable. They go above and beyond.

Lush is one of those stores that has a lot of special products. Lotion, soap, bath bombs and candles. All kinds of different scents. Be prepared to be there for a while. They also have hand (mini ) sanitizer that are great stocking. stuffers

This is the best lush store ever! The lovely women who work there were so incredibly kind and helpful to me and my daughter. They really were above and beyond wonderful and we can't wait to go back! And as always the products are amazing we love everything we bought and prices are super reasonable! Highly recommend their sugar scrubs!

Today was the first time I've been to Clackamas Town Center in several years. I came to Lush specifically because I found out the Shimmy Shimmy bar was back (!!!). Jesse was super sweet in making that my priority, and then helping me check out some of the other body shimmers/dusting powders, and pointing me toward the fragrance section. She even tried to help me find one I thought I remembered for forever ago (though neither of us had any luck, but my gosh did Jesse try!!). Thanks for making my first mall foray back an easy and no-pressure experience!

I want to recognize Bri from Clackamas Town Center Lush location. Seriously the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time to show me each product. I will go back just to see her and the amazing products Lush has to offer! Thank you again Bri for going above and beyond and making retail an “experience” for the shopper, you’re seen and so appreciated by me.

I had went in to look at all the fall items available. I wanted to give a shoutout to the sweetest lady that helped me out, I never got her name, but she had black hair and glasses. She absolutely made my day. Thank you guys so much for always being awesome at this location.

Mimi is such an amazing person every time I go in to lush when she there she is so welcoming and one time we talked about fishing and she was cool about it we love Mimi ❤️

Amazing service! My husband and I both placed orders for pick up. Mimi took the time to call to make sure the order was correct and notified us when it would be available for pick up. We were pleased with how on top and friendly it all was.

Oh my gosh! What a FRESH shopping experience!! Not only were Mimi, Bri, and Taylor absolutely the BEST in customer service with fresh enjoyable personalities, making suggestions, offering trials, but the store was amazing with all its natural fresh smelling various products. We bought several products for our first time in the store and we are now going to be regular customers. Thank you Lush!! ❤️

Mara helped me create a box for a baby shower. She took me through multiple types of products and explained all the benefits, let me smell and test everything I could, and even helped me pick out a box the store sold to put everything in. Her coworkers were also very sweet and excited, but Mara went above and beyond. She approached me to offer help and she was the perfect person for the job. Mara, if you’re reading this, the expecting mother loved the products and gave me 3 hugs!
