I called and the soonest appt was 3 weeks later. Today is the day. I can't confirm the appt. The call center doesn't have a phone number for scheduling or the technician. I'm here for 3 hours w no idea who is coming or if they are coming. Not sure this is even a legit company at all.

We bought a hot tub here in October 2022. Bob Hubbard was eager to help us with the purchase and answered questions we had. Once it was delivered the customer service has dropped off. We were told if we had ANY questions to call for support as we went through getting our water set up and then recently we changed it for the first time. There were NO call backs for messages left. I was fortunate to get my call answered one day, but the person who I spoke too was quite flat and indifferent in assisting me. We were having problems getting the air to move through and had to "burp" the line. I asked if there were any videos online or PDF instructions they could send. The person on the phone said, "Nope. I guess you could look on YouTube for a similar video to help you."Wow. $10,000 and this is your support?We love the hot tub. I have done a deep dive online. Fortunately there are other companies out there that take the time to educate the public on how to care for their hot tub to sustain the enjoyment. I have rated them here a 3 which is an average of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE which I would give a 0 for and a really nice hot tub which I would give a 5 for.Thanks a lot Marquis. I really expected more considering the hype in the purchase process, but now realize that the sales person was just focused on closing the deal.

I have been a customer since we bought our spa in 2011. Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. And the spa itself is still awesome. They always have answers to any of my questions about chemicals, accessories, and maintenance. I highly recommend them!

This is our second Marquis spa purchase and both times it was a great experience. Bob Hubbard was a great help to us.. Love our Marquis spa and use it damn near everyday.

Really neat store. My brother Derik recommended this place to me. I said “Derik, I just don’t believe there’s a reputable hot tub vendor out there that has good prices, knowledgeable staff, and free coffee while your order is being processed.” Here’s what Derik said to me, Derik goes like this, “Then you haven’t been to Marquis Hot Tubs.” We walked in were immediately ambushed by a SWAT team. It was a set up! I knew Derik hung out with a tough crowd, but turns out he’s been illegally stancing hot tubs for years. Derik gets these hot tubs soooo low, way lower than regulations allow. The law may have caught up to him, but Derik will always be my hermano.

We needed repairs on a hot tub and they came out quickly, replaced the parts within an hour and charged a fair price. It was a great experience. Highly recommend

We bought a tub here Nov 21. Really poor/ non existent after sale service and communication. Tub itself is also poorly made. We've had to have service out twice in the 3 months since delivery to fix jet controls, and we have no doubt these will be regular visits untill the warranty expires - then we're screwed. Also; the digital display controls don't work if wet. Let me repeat that last part- The control panel on a Hot Tub doesn't work if wet??? Decent pressure and design for the second star. Wouldn't send friends or family here.

Wow! BOB Hubbard is a wizard! He is so kind, helpful and amazing with hot tubs and all things that come with them! I’m so Glad I decided to go with Marquis for my hot tub choice! I highly highly recommend!!!! Bob goes above and beyond! Truly exceptional!

Bobby is great. He was able to help me over the phone, by telling me where to find my Marquis Spa serial number. Then he was able to find me a new cover, for not much more than mail order, and it was available in a week instead of six months. Plus one for Bobby.Next problem was algae! Aaaaack! Bobby took the time to write down exactly what I needed to do, and told me qhich chemicals I needed to buy. I only needed one, and he was fine with that.Finally, I am transgender. And Bobby treated me with respect in that regard as well. He also always had a mask on in our interactions.Way to go Marquis Spa for having such a great employee.PS.Nice store, well maintained.

We bought a Marquis Spa in 2019 at the Salem State Fair Grounds sale. It took awhile to deliver and set up, but once placed it worked well.A week and half ago, our 2 1/2 year old spa stopped working (it trips the circuit and won’t heat). We have called Marquis Spa in Happy Valley multiple times, filled out an online request for service, and after no response have contacted Marquis administration to no avail. We are so frustrated! We can’t get anyone to answer the phone or contact us from our online service request. This is not acceptable. We are reaching out to a private repair company at this point. This spa may have had some warranty repair, but what good is a warranty if you can’t get a response or service? You might want to think twice before buying a Marquis spa. Check out the service aspect of the potential spa company you are considering.

Was in yesterday and met with Bobby. He sold me some chemicals for my tub and even offered to test our water for free. Very nice showroom and very friendly staff. I would recommend these guys.

I was without a reagent for my tub on the July 4th weekend. I arrived at the Clackamas store on Saturday and found it closed due to a late opening. I was frustrated, and decided to call the Beaverton store to find out if they had what I needed, dreading the drive across town. I got James on the phone, who is normally in the Clackamas store, and ended up having a enlightening conversation with him about reagents and hot tub care. It was the knowledge he imparted, and acknowledgment of what I already knew about taking care of my tub that hit home for me. My family has owned Marquis spas since the 1980's, and owned and maintained by three different generations. James just reminded me why. Customer service and the knowledge of most of the employees I have encountered is unmatched. Thank you James for your patience and knowledge and the reminder of why I bought a Marquis hot tub.Doug
