Took my daughter’s car in to be aligned, we were met with a very rude employee saying that we were early for our appt. We were just dropping the car off, not asking them to change the appointment time. After 2.5 hours they called to say they were done, when we got back to pick it up they said the alignment wasn’t possible because something had been ‘bumped’ during the replacement of the struts. We took it to Les Schwab the next day and they aligned it easily and were super helpful! If I could give no stars I would. This place of business is not professional, and either dishonest or need new equipment.

I ordered tires and made an appointment.
I arrived for the appointment and the person at the counter said they didn't bother to order the tires and they wouldn't go get another order of tires today.
So, I cancelled my oil change and tire appointment and I'll take my car to a business that doesn't waste people's scheduled time off.
This place is amateur hour.

Brought my car in for an alignment after having new tie rods installed. They said they weren't able to align it back to factory specs but I still got charged for the alignment. They didn't specify why it wasn't able to be aligned. I took it to Les Schwab and they said they couldn't do my alignment because one tie rods was cross threaded. So it sounds like they cross threaded my brand new part. . . So I'm out the price of alignment and price I paid to install the brand new part. And I have to do it all over again. The guy at the desk was nice but thats about the only positive. . .

Midas’s work on my van was pretty terrible.
Their technician tried to charge me a second $155 after the first diagnostic wasn't even complete. The diagnosis was also incorrect. The Midas tech told me it was a faulty starter, and convinced me I needed to tow the car to another mechanic to replace the starter, then tow it back to Midas before he could finish the diagnostic work.
Turns out the starter was fine, and the problem was actually faulty terminal connections with the battery, which the Halsey Midas must have installed incorrectly.
I got absolutely nothing worthwhile from my $155, which was going to be $310 of wasted money if I didn't push back. I also got an improperly installed battery which led to a huge headache.
I'm never going to another Midas again.
