First time visited, price was more reasonable than my expectation. Store was not that as big as normal grocery stores, but it almost has very things for daily life.

It was nice and clean. The guy who helped me was really funny and fast, I was in a rush to go get my kid off the bus and he could tell.
The half gallon of milk was $5.25 yikes.

Trish has been rude to me every time I come in. I ask her questions and she deliberately ignores me. Another time I asked her for help to find something and she left and never came back so I had to find someone else to help me. I’ve never seen her smile. She’s always standing around and not working. I love this store but she’s making it so that I do not want to come back.

Awesome 👌 store. You want to find something natural instead of Big Pharmas bad medicine, then this is the place to go to find pretty much anything. Plus after shopping, you can go next door and have sushi. -1 star because so expensive

Totally disgusting behavior from a female cashier late Sunday afternoon. Didn't help me bag my groceries, but had the nerve to rush me while giving me an irritated facial expression. I didn't ask her anything prior! I was at the register for probably less than 2 mins. And I only purchased 2 items. Nor was I lagging.
The previous review from M. Johnson is confirmation. How disgraceful. Does Natural Grocers just go out of their way to hire people no other store wants to hire.
I hope this grocery store chain starts getting attention from the press and social media for their terrible customer service. Never seen this in my life.

Natural Grocers is a gem. Shockingly still affordably priced and large selection of foodstuffs.
Its the actual friendliest store, not overpriced greenwashed ch1na owned New Season.
