Beautiful market, lots of variety. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are meals ready to go. It does remind me of a whole foods market. I like shopping here.

Cooked chicken teriyaki from the deli bar with a little Mac and cheese when they first take it out is perfect.

Their produce is always super nice, and the space in this store is so much nicer than the Sellwood store, which is closer to me, but I'd rather drive a bit and have a larger parking lot and space in the aisles.

Hellos! After many pleasant experiences with Austin, my mother and I just wanted to reach out and say Thank you New Seasons for hiring such a delightful man. Since I rely on Wic, sometimes Wic's shopping experience may be complicated/confusing however Austin is always kind, courteous with a smile on his face. My mother and I appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to help out.-Your loyal Customer.

I don't live here and only visit 3-4 times a year. I walk to New Season's almost every day! I love love love this store. Everything is fresh and displayed so beautifully. But truly, it's the staff that work there that makes the experience so great. Today, Carol in desserts and bakery was so sweet and helpful. I really appreciated her. And Grace was working at the self checkout and made sure I didn't feel inadequate at the self check out register. She's so gracious and kind and consistent. She helped me 2 days in a row. What a great asset she is to your store. I could say that about everyone in the meat department and deli as well. When I come to Clackamas New Season's is always my first stop. Thank you!!

Staff is very helpful in helping you find items. On some items prices are competitive, also they give a Senior discount on Wednesday and a Military discount on Tuesday includes Veterans Meats are of the finest quality.

Really great store. I've lived in the area almost 4 years and really enjoy this location. It is clean, stocked, and almost everyone you meet is friendly (have had a few grumpy check out people but they weren't rude). I really enjoy the salad bar being back from Covid, I missed hitting that after my workout for a lunch. They keep it cleaned and stocked, which can be hard to keep a salad bar looking nice and I really appreciate it. Coming from someone who almost died of food poisoning somewhere else, I can't stress enough the thankfulness for a clean store!!!

What happened to customer service? You closed all the sandwich bars down to have a sandwich made the way an individual likes it. You shut down the wok bar. New Seasons does not have a good reputation. You cater to all the evil of the world. You will soon have no customers. It used to be a very nice market .

My favorite thing about New Seasons is that it’s hard to eat bad when you shop here. The products are very sustainable, most selections are the best you can find, the product department is unmatched by other nearby grocers like grocery outlet and Fred Meyers. This New Seasons is the best place to select a bouquet if you’re someone who purchased this often for home decor or as a regular gift for family, friends or a significant other. They have bountiful herbs, mushrooms and micro-greens and I absolutely am in love with their homemade guacamole! The totopos tortilla chips are solid enough for a thick dip or tuna salad, so you have to try those! They have excellent sushi, sake selection and delicious pizza. Surprisingly you can buy some of the rarest fish and meats in the frozen section to the right of the deli. I bought some nice whole octopus tentacles, poke bowls, venison burgers, they even have rabbit. Also I live for the forager cashew probiotic drink next to the Kefir in the yogurt section on the bottom. Living wage job provider, conscious grocer with a nice community information area with local publications and a place to place to flyers for services and local events. They also have a dining area if you want to grab from the hot bar and dine-in.

Ethan in the meat department really helped us out, went out of his way to make us more garlic chicken when we bought the rest but still needed more. Great dude, great spirit! Thanks Ethan! You made our day and it was a hit at our BBQ!

If you like Whole Foods Market in California, you'll definitely like New Seasons Market in Oregon.

There are happy places and then there are happy places. I'm not a foodie. I eat to live. But there is something about this place that makes me happy. Maybe it's the beauty of the produce section when it's all ready for the day or maybe it is the meat counter where they actually know the answers to my questions about meat and fish. Maybe it's the perfectly wide aisles, organized how I think, not like a corn maze, or the great smells from the deli or hot food section that make me hungry when I know I'm not, or the cheerful checkout clerk laughing because she didn't know you sell hotdogs ready to eat, but I found them. Whatever it is, and I suspect it's a little of everything, New Seasons gets marketing. It also gets that the last few years have been tough on everyone and they seem to be determined to help us out of those memories and look forward to something good. I'm glad there is finally going to be a new New Seasons close to my house and I really hope it's like this one. Do I pay a little more? Yes. But that is worth a lot to me. I don't put a lot of food in my body but when I do I want it to be good. I know a store can't make be happy. I have to do that. But being surrounded by something beautiful for a little while helps.

I have been shopping here since we moved to Oregon (8 years) and I feel so lucky that we have this store within a couple of miles from my house! I have never even walked into the Safeway, fairly near my home, as I detest all Safeways. NS has the nicest and most helpful employees, of any grocery store I have ever frequented. I see that some people have Yelped that it's expensive, but I don't necessarily agree. I always purchase organic (everything), but if I didn't,the prices are comparable to any conventional market. They certainly are not as expensive as 'Whole Paycheck'! My sister tells me that their organic prices are less expensive than Safeway's 'O' brands of organics. They also have great sales! ....I wrote this several years ago and at that time, this was all true. It is now 2023. For the past 3-4 years the quality of certain items, have gone way down. Their own bakery breads are not fresh any longer. By that I mean, that it is obvious that most bakery type items have been frozen and left to thaw and sold as 'fresh'. I don't buy NS bread items any more...I am forced to buy good bread from Safeway (I buy nothing else there). Today, I purchased a bavette steak. Usually, I have the meat counter person, turn the meat, so I can see both sides and I didn't do that this time. The bavette was cut thinner than usual (about 18-14 ") and the one side was all membrane . I have never seen this cut of beef look like that. I've been disappointed in the poor butchering techniques, for awhile now. So...now that Zupans finally quit selling Harris Ranch (they now carry Snake River Farms and Oregon organic meats) I travel all the way to Zupans in Lake Oswego for excellent meat and skilled cutting (also amazing sea food).
