When I first opened my storage unit it was dirty and the walls had holes in them , I put a secondary person on my account to pick up my belongings in case I personally couldn't pick them up myself , they made it very difficult for that secondary person to pick up my belongings and close my account , on top of that they did not honor to refund my deposit when returning there lock and for whatever reason charged an extra $40 upon closing my account when it was suppose to be 70$ a month and the advertised price was 60$. i first rated this place 5 stars because of how nice the attendant was but upon closing I realized how bad this place was and a haggle to close my account, Save your money and look for a better storage facility who are more transparent. Thanks.

For some reason, the system was raising my rent again, but Giorgio intervened and kept it low for me. I genuinely appreciate that. These are tough times for many people, and any help is greatly appreciated.

We just had our unit a few days. Over the weekend we left personal belongs and financial information outside the door. We got a call and they had our personal items returned. Grateful to have had her save our butt's.

Outstanding Storage Facility!
I have nothing but great things to say about Public Storage. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the respectful and friendly management. They are incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
The facility itself is top-notch. It features a locked gate that can be accessed via a passcode and their convenient app. The cleanliness of the premises is remarkable, and the storage units are actually bigger than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise.
While no place is perfect, Public Storage comes pretty close. They offer excellent after-hours access, which is later than most other storage facilities I’ve encountered. This flexibility has been a huge benefit for my schedule.
If you’re looking for a reliable and well-managed storage solution, I highly recommend Public Storage. You won’t be disappointed!
