I have had this bank for years and do not recommend. They took money out of my checking for an auto loan payment after I canceled the auto pay and verbally told them a payoff check was on its way. This made my rent check bounce even though they confirmed it would post with an NSF fee. They then refused to give me and my son the referral bonus because of this and another fee that was acquired in my sons account during the merge when he had no access to it. It took him almost 6 weeks to get full access to his account. We are closing these accounts next week.

I can't give any lower review than this 1 star. It's been over a month.I cannot get access to my accounts.This is the big problem with their merger. For thousands of their account holders. Went from one telephone call to another.. and than sitting in the office fro hours. transfer from 1 office space on another computer and Still, they could not get me in their system. Come back in a week, i waited two weeks 2 I called. They cannot get me in their system. Again wth.They pass the buck to somebody else now. I'm on hold. And still no enter.On my computer to find out my accounts.. They no longer do loans in their office. You gotta do everything online. Which you have to ask the other party for information and their accounts, and there vin number if you're buying a car. People now an days don't want to give that out. So I lost deals, trying to buy new vehicles from private parties. The whole river mart system and their merger is the worst system. They ever have as soon as it is fixed. I am done with rivermark...after 30 with them. They've only gotten worse.It's sad situation.I'm sure they lost thousands of people because of this merger. What a joke this new company has become

This location has the worst, incompetent people working here. The Assistant branch manager is useless here and doesn’t know what she is doing. How is it that people who don’t know what they are doing get these position. Are they really screened to be good at their job or do they just hand out jobs to anyone? Don’t come to this location.

The app is impossible to use. After logging in, it asks if it can text you a code, and when it does, there is no way to get back INTO the actual bank to do anything. Therefore I can't make mobile deposits and it's a hassle.

MAKING DEPOSITS HERE IS THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE..There absolutely no difference between depositing with a “virtual teller” and the atm since they can only do 30bills at a time. God forbid you ask these mannequins to make a real cash deposit… cause you’ll be met with lots of attitude that they have to do more then stand there on their phones.This is ground zero for the digital dollar, cause it seems this bank hates to do bank transactions.If you only want to deposit 30bills at a time and don’t value your time… this is the bank for you.

Small. Three chairs in waiting area. Could use cleaning. Person at front polite/ friendly. Inquired as to my general needs. Told me there would be a half hour wait, because there were two people in front of me. I left my name, wandered over to the new seasons, and came back in about half an hour. Was then led into a private office very quickly. Polite and friendly assistance, along with plenty of patience.

It's an absolute waste of time to come here. Nobody will help you in the lobby and the "live" tellers are glorified ATMs if you can even get one to help you instead of sending you a message over and over again that "all tellers are busy". I had to use their ATM outside (which only takes 30 bills at a time and constantly spits them out because they can't read them) to deposit a lot of cash which completely defeated the purpose of coming to a branch.

I’m not apart of this bank, thank God but I accompanied my friends as they went in. I almost wanted to talk to the manager but I think the manager was the one being unprofessional. They were SUPER snarky and passive aggressive towards older customers who didn’t really understand the technology and then once the customers left 2 of the ladies who are supposed to help just sat together and talked bad about all the customers that came in, in such a degrading way when they are obviously older and need some more help and kindness. Very snarky, stuck up workers. Will never open an account here.
