“Just your typical area mall. Many food choices here, and in the immediate area. There are at least 100 restaurants, cafe's, etc., in and around the mall. Plus, there's Cartlandia a couple miles north on 82nd Ave., if you love food trucks... there are about a dozen and a half options there.”

“Great service. Informative, and helpful on selection. Hot Topic is still true to its character with their employee. One lady keeps great customer value first before going to something else to get taken care of. Felt bad but I think she deserves a longer break. B&N seems to keeps their manga updated, like a family of genre is also like ours own community. FYE is highly recommended for the amazing snacks, great value selection as the pocky snack food truck for 19.99. That's a great price. Would be nice if there is a card shop, as well electronic repair, I think that'll boost up some people moral.”

Eats n'drinks n'lottery(little Caesars, Johnny's and Dottys almost next door to each other) liquor store(and Ross, Michael's etc)across 82nd ave. Dispensaries and a couple waterin holes just on up yonder ways;) SE Happy Portland Valley is kinda cool after 30 years in SE, SE LOL. Its still felony flats, just the very edge of the flats. I mean misdemeanor meadows is kinda blah, IMHO. But that's subjective and the last part of my review should be taken with a large grain of salt ?”
