Total rip off! DONT BUY A SLEEPNUMBER. The beds are glorified air mattresses. The 100 day warranty isn’t real. The sales people are crooks. Don’t trust or believe them! DONT BUY

The people selling you the mats are nice. But the customer service after you leave the store is horrible. They have delayed my bed for over 20 days past their initial 14 days… gonna take over a month to get my bed.And yes no refunds, can’t return, will have to eat the costs.Terrible customer service. Go buy your bed elsewhere it’ll save you tons of stress.

Probably the worse customer service I have ever gotten. Great salesman but you won’t actually get your bed. It’s been over 20 days and I am still waiting. When calling customer service no one has an answer and just keeps passing the call to somewhere else.Walk away from this place. Buy your bed elsewhere.

Terrible customer service from the delivery, recovery and the main headquarter. The salesman at the store are ok. Just sketchy customer service.

We had a great experience at Sleep Number. Ira was great. He explained everything in detail and gave us time to make decisions. We didn't feel pressured to buy any particular bed. Looking forward to the sleeping in our new bed!
