The delivery people were great, the salesperson Santiago was great and the shopping experience was wonderful. HOWEVER when we returned the $5000 bed for a refund we came up $500 short since it looks like they were charging us for the delivery and set up both ways BEWARE

This was our second Sleep Number bed in 23 years. This service was courteous and we were never pressured. We asked a million questions and tried many different beds. In the end we purchased a new I10 mattress and Smart Bed adjustable base. We would certainly return to Clackamas/Happy Valley Sleep Number.

Santiago was very helpful and patient with my family and I. We brought our 5 year old and 3 year old kids with us, and the Sleep Number store had a station full of kids toys to keep them entertained. We are very happy with our purchase from the Clackamas location

Sales person told me that for a queen size bed I could not get it in a mattress that was not dual sided. I complained to Sleep number and they came out three different times because the mattress was leaking and now I sleep in a trench between the two sides and they’re telling me there’s nothing more they can do. They told me that the sales person was incorrect in the first place that I could’ve got a queen size mattress that was not dual pressure. I discovered early on that the mattress store makes the sale and then they are hands off. Do not want to discuss any problems.

The feedback on the quality of each night’s sleep is helpful. This is our second sleep number bed in 23 years. We are still happy with the first purchase.

I have been a sleep number customer since 2006. When it came to purchase a new bed Sleep Number is where I went. I was able to try out all the different mattresses and even bought the sleep cooler/warmer which my husband and I love. Great customer service, delivery in a timely manner, and did a great job setting up my bed. I even purchased a second bed for my sister-in-law. I have sleep number on speed dial and text and have been able to order items like sheets without difficulty. I highly recommend Sleep Number.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with Eric and his team! We first came in about 6 months ago, just browsing for a new bed since my (now) husband had been interested in one for a while. Eric took his time walking us through the options and even let us try adjustments on one of their demo beds. We ended up falling in love with it! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress or related product. The experience and services are outstanding.

My wife and I received first class treatment when we walked in the doors of the Clackamas Sleep Number store! Eric Schulz greeted us and answered all our questions and had us try out a number-no pun intended-of beds. We’ve now had our bed for almost a year and couldn’t be happier! Thanks Eric
