StarCycle Happy Valley is more than just a workout class; it is a whole community and a second home. The staff is exceptionally welcoming with zero pressure, and the instructors are so amazing, going above and beyond to help everyone get comfortable. They correct form, provide motivating support, and remember every single person’s name. The classes are a journey together, matching choreography to music on a bike. They are challenging in the best way possible and are the most fun you will ever have in a fitness class. It is a place to work each body part with knowledge, purpose, and intention, achieving physical transformation. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, no matter your skill level. There is no drama, just love, genuine smiles, and incredible people. The studio is spotlessly clean. It is a place to give your best, clip in, and go all in for yourself.

Starcycle has been my favorite place to workout! Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful no matter your skill level! It’s so fun I’ve found my workout to be my favorite part of my day! Definitely recommend trying out one of the classes :)
