This place is hands down the best. Nobody can compete with their customer service and expertise. My kid vacuumed up a ball that got stuck inside my Miele. Brought it in and they took it apart and removed the ball on spot. Stark’s has been the go-to vacuum store for decades for a reason.

I thought for sure I would need to leave my vacuum for repair but David fixed it on the spot in about 10mins. I am very pleased and recommend Stark's Vacuums to keep your vacuum in top running order

We had a great experience here. We brought in our broken vacuum and David helped us problem solve what was needing to be replaced and all of the oats were in stock. David went above and beyond to help us have a vacuum in working order.

The dog inside the store is very cute, but bit my pants and shoes multiple times after I tried to correct the bad behavior. Felt ignored by the humans, so I left. Probably shouldn't have that untrained dog in a customer setting, behind the counter would l be more appropriate for this buddy.

I always find Stark's very helpful. This is where i purchase my carpet cleaning supplies. I would have given them 5 stars. I was looking for a kirby shampoo carpet cleaner. At that time , they did not have any in stock, so i ask if the hydrooxi pro will work on my kirby, and the sales person said yes it would work and it's cheaper. I should have known, it didn't work well. The carpet stayed wet longer in comparison using any of the kirby products. But I would still recommend this place, as they a local small business and i will continue to support the business.It's nice to give a real honest info/feedback, and they should to. Sometimes it is not just the sales that count, good information sharing is good too. Sometimes us customers gets too excited, and make bad decisions, don't we all? May be, start saying, it may work? And quality may not by the same ? Or ?
