I like how it’s very quiet and the view that u guys allow dogs and put trash bags to pick up ur dogs poop for incase and the park is very nice and the maintence guy was very nice and the people that work in the office are so kind and I like it how I can walk my dog here this area is very clean and there’s a lot of stores close by for u can buy food and everything and that there’s alot of places u can walk in

My boyfriend and I just moved into the complex. The customer service at Sunridge is great. Marisol helped us apply and was so kind and sweet. She showed us around and told us about all of the events at the complex. All around the office staff are very friendly and approachable. Move in was so easy and helpful.

The management is friendly and approachable. Peaceful place and closed to everything you need. Cleanliness of the sorrounding is well managed and the security of the facility is highly observed and managed as well.

Have lived here for six years now, been through three management teams and have been very happy here. Management has always been willing to listen if there was a problem and can’t say enough about maintenance team. More than satisfied with management and maintenance and if there would be anything that could be improved it would be guest parking. All in all a great place to live!

May and Marisol were so welcoming and professional to work with and I feel they really went above and beyond to help get me into my new unit. I am happy to be renting from Sunridge for the second time. The property is well maintained, neighbors are quiet and respectful, the inside of the unit is updated and spacious and welcoming and the view from the balcony is beautiful and it’s close to all the shopping and Kaiser hospital.

This is a pleasure to tell you what a pleasant place Sunridge Terrace is to reside in. My wife and I have bee residents here for the last 8 years and have had a wonderful experience regarding maintenance and the expeditious action solving the problem reported. The maintenance employees are professional and knowledgeable in their tasks. If we had a problem with other residence, which were very few, the office staff would immediately clarify the problem and solve it. The grounds around the property are meticulously maintained. Kudos to the office stall and their professionalism and kindness.
