I started the process of signing up over the phone for cellular & internet service in light of a local advertisement for services. T mobile then sent me the sim & modem via ups. Because you have to physically sign for these, and you can't change delivery for a local store, & because I work and ups would only try delivery in the am hours, the items were returned. I explained this upon calling for a full refund. T mobile charged me $135.00 for service i never could use. In fact the employee on the phone lied to me when she said, you can go down to the nearest T mobile store and they can fix it that very day. Not true! The store manager was pissed I was there with my problem, that they told me that, and he wasn't getting any help on the phone either. It took me over 2 months to get $115.00 they charged my credit card. Also, they won't return the rest of the money. I have filed 2 claims for the last of the money to no avail. Hope this helps navigating things out there!

Slow, waited for about 30 minutes just to be told they don't have anything I needed. I am sure the people are great, Just poorly setup business model so not their fault.

I had no interaction with staff, but my buddy got his new phone pretty fast, compared to the few times I've done the same. New store, frequented old one @ Johnson Creek. Nicer, more product display, places to sit. Three, four customers, not busy for a Wednesday.

As a longtime customer the major problem I have with T-Mobile is how little the corporation offers to the longtime customer by way of phone upgrade incentives. The staff is very sharp and helpful.

They like to close 2 hours early and also lock there doors while customers are still inside. Stick to the T-mobile store by the mall

Went to this location to check on home wifi, and see about a screen protector for my phone. Employees were nice, just not very helpful.

The most horrible service ever. I went there after the T Mobile in Oregon City couldn't fix the problem of my phone that just died and wouldn't do anything. So this corporate store said it was an internal software problem and tried to send me across the street to a place called Cell Phone Repair! They are not associatedwith T Mobile and wanted 113.00 to try to try and fix it. No way, thinking maybe it was one of their friends shop, can anyone say kickbacks? I still have the card of that repair shop the employee gave me. I went back and they said since I had insurance the phone could be replaced and the replacement would have to come to their store. They provided no paperwork, nothing. I had to call Corporate for a tracking number and they sent me papers as to what went on. TCorporate told me to call them back for info. Corporate has since contacted UPS because I truly don"t want to go there to pick up phone. I called and they didn't have time to talk to me because they are understaffed, the acting manager was rude. Its not my fault they're understaffed, sounds like a management problem that they pass down to customers. We pay our bill to be treated this way.The two employees that opened on Friday 7/22 were also smoking outside where potential customers can see them.I'm picking up my phone on the 25th and taking my sons with me because they were so rude there and I'm 70 years old with disabilities and they scare me.Corporate tracked it for me and told me to call if they gave me anymore problems since now they know when the phone will arrive.Don't go there if you can avoid it. I have since lodged a complaint with Corporate.Good luck to everyone and I hope your'e treated better! After looking at the reviews I'm not the first who has experienced a bad time there.
