$1500 for off the shelf (they advertise custom) 6 pieces of plastic and 6 foam inserts that gave me knee and back pain that I had not had for a long time. They were sold by friendly sales people with no medical training. You do not get to see the price till then end of the sales pitch. The do a foot print that seemed pretty close to what looks like normal? Seemed like more of a show than any medical use. You get 3 sets of arch supports. One is a very high arch, the other a medium and the last a low arch. The high arch feels like walking on a golf ball. And those produce an annoying pain. You are supposed to work you way up to wearing them all day. Think about it… low level pain…. all day. Mine squeaked and did not fit some of my shows. They advised using baby powder, or dryer sheets or parts of a nylon stocking which worked by what a hassle for $1500. Mine slipped forward in the shoe so they offer adhesive backed velcro patches. They work initially but then the velcro stickback would creep to a new position and I had to reposition them (not easy). I ended up using epoxy….. on my $1500 pieces of plastic. They offer full refund but you have to go back in and listen to another sales pitch and free adjustments. You can’t just go in and say I want a refund. Further, you can use your FSA to buy these. I did. But then it is not clear if it is legal to get a refund. Bottom line is that I felt I bought some very very expensive snake oil.I am now using some $55 Superfeet arch supports and my knee is better and my back is somewhat better 2 weeks after I stopped using the Good Feet system.

After trying the product for a few days I noticed the insoles were useless & made my feet & lower back hurt even worse. These insoles are stiff & uncomfortable, & being that they try & trick you into thinking you need 3-4 different insoles per day at 500$/piece I’m convinced the business is a Ponzi scheme. I think this company preys on the elderly, since they are in the most pain & sometimes in desperate need of pain remedies. * If you have foot or back pain, see a real doctor

I am reviewing for my mom and stepfather. They purchased their program and got shoe supports. They made their feet painful and came back to utilize the money back guarantee. They encountered a lot of pushback from the salesman. I absolutely don't recommend buying if you're on the fence. Because the salesperson was rude and very unpleasant during the return process. But luckily we got them refunded..

Very careful intro to their products. Pretty good demo with a walk around the store on carpet.Bought yesterday and in a mile had hot spots.Got up early to read reviews as should have done before. Terrible overall. Many people have much trouble making a return of unsatisfactory products.--> VERY expensive bits of injection molded plastic.Next day gathered up my purchase and went back to the store. It was a bit challenging to get a refund, but not too bad. (hence 2 not 1 star.) They clearly had practice rebuffing return requests.

Wow!! I’m so glad that my friend told me to read the reviews before I went in this place!! It sounds like a lot of people have been manipulated into buying over $1,200 or more of Non-Refundable product that can be bought on Amazon or custom insoles from a podiatrist. If you want to get your money back & the store won’t give it to you, call your bank/credit union where your debit/credit card is issued and tell them that you want the charge reversed and give the reason. The credit/debit card issuer has the ability to reverse the charges. Good luck! ?

They took over $1,000 from me and gave my wife stuff that did not work. And then conveniently you can't return anything or they hassle you about any sort of returns. The salespeople try to pretend that they are medical experts or something. Definitely avoid. Save your money and go to an actual foot doctor instead.

I stopped in after being frustrated after not finding a good fitting shoe while shopping. I got something far more valuable than shoes; a way to transform my feet for total body alignment. I worked with Johnny at the Johnson Creek location and he was very knowledgeable, positive and helpful in conducting the fittings for me. While it is expensive, I can tell it's already worth the investment. I immediately was able to see and feel a positive difference in my posture, gait and pain level. My ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders and neck felt like a load was taken off simultaneously. Make sure to be vocal about how every little thing feels when you walk during your fittings because even a couple millimeters difference between the supports matters and you definitely want what is best suited for YOUR feet!

I am very happy with my experience at the Good Feet Store in Happy Valley last Friday. There I was fitted with Orthotic Supports and the relief I felt was huge. And although in the end I did not purchase them due to budgetary issues, if I had the money I certainly would have. After all the trouble I put the very kind sales staff through, I bought an inferior pair at a shoe store. They do provide some comfort, but not nearly as much. I wish to thank the staff at The Good Feet Store for opening my eyes to the possibility of wince free walking.

Brought my fiancé here we had been everywhere trying to figure out why her feet hurt so bad! This is the only place that has brought comfort to her! It’s always a good experience the reason why i gave it 4 instead of 5 was because it’s expensive but so far it has been worth it!

I went to the store a few days ago. People were nice. The price was way too steep for me for $15000 for 4 to 5 foot supports. I Would love to go back if they have more than just the one plan over 1,000. They were understanding the money situation I had and was able to help me out somewhat. I regret going and wasting my money on it. I do recommend people to do their homework and avoid it if you can’t afford anything so high up in price.

My son has an accident almost a year ago in September of 2022 where a forklift ran over his foot and up His leg. Two bones were broken. He had surgery, was non weight bearing for six weeks, did physical therapy and was still having lots of pain. In March we went to The Good Feet Store in Farmington, Utah because he was having so much pain in his foot. Through the imprints we found out that his arch was flat. The physical therapists had also said he had developed plantar fasciitis and had been treating him for that. Carolyn took such great care of us. She answered all of our questions and concerns. We purchased the system and have had four follow up visits where she has made adjustments with different orthotics to help him to continue to improve. Not only has his injured foot improved, his non injured foot has improved as well. He is rebuilding the arch in his injured foot and the swelling is getting less. The pain he was experiencing is gone. We are so happy with our experience with Carolyn and The Good Feet Store. There is still improvement that can be made and we are exciting to see the progress that he makes moving forward. Even though the system is expensive, it has definitely been worth it! We highly recommend The Good Ferret Store!!!

ZERO STARS! DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! If I could give this store zero stars I would. ITS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I am pissed off that I fell for their scam. They convinced me and my mom that their insoles would help my plantar fasciitis and it didn't. They hurt my feet so bad I couldn't even use them. We paid/ are still paying for these stupid insoles MORE than A YEAR LATER!! They have a no return policy even though the manger told me that I could return them if they don't work. Well they don't work and $1000 later my feet still hurt and I have 3 plastic inserts shoved in a box somewhere.

Salesman (Johnny) was very helpful!! When I came in I was wearing a 8 1/2 shoe and when I left I needed a 9 wide. I have since then bought that size of shoe and what a world of difference. When I came in I was skeptical and when I learned the price, I almost got up and walked out!! Johnny persuaded me to stay and hear what he had to say. When I came in I was desperate to relive the pain in my feet from plantar fasciitis. He sold me!!! I have been wearing my supports for 3 weeks and it’s amazing the amount of pain I don’t have!! It’s a big expense but it’s a lifetime deal!!!

D.J. Was very thorough and explained how the process worked. I’ll be starting today with the Strengtheners for a half an hour. I’ve been wearing the third set since yesterday in my casual shoes and they are a dream. Thank you D.J. For a great in store experience. I’ll be checking in.
